WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY

Burn up to 800 calories per 3 mintue session. Reduce pain & inflammation. The
only cryocabin that combines hot & cold with the option to turn off the heat for
all cold and can regulate cryocabin at different heights.

Our cabin gives the best treatment for the shoulders and neck, because of the
"collar" that keeps nitrogen below the head is used around the neck as it is the
most technically advanced way to cryo. With 6 different settings can we can
customize the session thats right for you.


ORGANIC CLINICAL SKINCARE

All of our treatments are customized to your skincare needs. Whether it be
simply for relaxation or corrrecting the skin. We use Organic Skincare which is
locally sourced and created, backed by a naturopath doctor for real scientific
results without the use of harsh chemicals to the skin.

in a beautiful location just off the harbor, with quiet and serene views. Just

I love this spa! It's so charming, and every staff member that I have had
contact with has been professional, friendly, and so welcoming.I had my
first-ever cryo facial with Heather earlier this month and loved it! I was
surprised at how soothing the experience was, and loved the glow that followed
it!Yesterday I saw Heather for a mini microcurrent facial for the first time.
What an experience that was!! I enjoyed every minute of it, and am enjoying the
results! What I wasn't expecting was how much relief I am having with an old
neck injury! Truly... sensation is returning to fingers that have been
desensitized for over a decade. I am sure that my results are not typical, but
what a blessing to have THAT kind of healing from a Microcurrent FACIAL. I will
definitely be returning for specific area microcurrent to see how much more
