SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE PROGRAMS – OFFICE OF THE CEO

As Senior Vice President for Corporate Programs within the Office of the CEO,
Gavin Day oversees a multifaceted organization that includes the SAS IPO
Readiness Office; Corporate Programs and Strategy; Alliances and Channels;
Technology Partnerships; and field and technology enablement. Gavin’s focus is
on defining and communicating SAS’ technology vision to transform a world of
data into a world of intelligence. He also directs SAS’ path toward IPO with the
goal of empowering our customers and employees, enhancing our culture and
investing in our brand as the future and founder of analytics.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF SALES OFFICER, EMEA AND AP

Riad Gydien leads a multiregional team in Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA)
0and Asia Pacific (AP) focused on driving value for our customers and business
growth for SAS. He is responsible for establishing the business strategy within
the regions of EMEA and AP and delivering topline revenue.

Paula Henderson leads teams across the Americas in industries such as

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Bryan Harris is
responsible for setting the technology direction for SAS and working with the
executive leadership team to translate the organization’s strategic objectives
and priorities into products and solutions. He has more than 20 years of
experience researching and developing analytic techniques, enterprise search
technologies, and distributed computing and cloud architectures.

BOB MESSIER



SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CUSTOMER TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION

Bob Messier oversees a team responsible for leading and integrating customer
support functions within the global Sales organization. The Customer Support and
Engagement group drives SAS' early adopter programs, customer programs that
drive software adoption and efforts to gather customer feedback. His teams
provide customers direction on best practices for adopting and deploying SAS
analytics and artificial intelligence solutions. In addition, his functions work
closely with Marketing, Product Management, R&D and Professional Services
divisions to create a customer-focused environment across SAS initiatives.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Chase leads the
company’s data-driven marketing strategy for global brand awareness, demand
generation and customer engagement. She is responsible for brand strategy and
activation, product and industry marketing, go-to-market teams, analyst
relations, communications, creative, paid media, digital marketing, events,
customer contact centers and executive briefing centers.

DIRECTOR OF CHANNEL TRANSFORMATION

Jenifer Hendrix leads the Channel Transformation Office at SAS where she is
focused on creating a shared vision with organizational alignment, clear
objectives, and the autonomy to execute on consistent, indirect sales growth.
She is a seasoned, results-driven leader and change agent with a passion for
setting strategy and operationalizing business plans that drive revenue and top
line growth.

Suzanne Morais leads the Partner Program Operations team, which supports the SAS

lifecycle. Her team creates strong policies and procedures to ensure a
consistent and meaningful experience for our Partners to help drive pipeline and
revenue growth for both SAS and our Partners.

REGIONAL ALLIANCE LEADER, NORTH AMERICA, SAS ALLIANCES & CHANNELS


Doug leads the SAS Alliance & Channel efforts across the Americas, including
Canada, U.S., Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Doug creates
strategic alignments with alliance partners, resellers, service providers and
technology partners to successfully develop business in the SMB and Enterprise
markets.

Prior to joining SAS in 2006, Doug worked at other leading software companies
including CA, Microsoft, and Symantec in various offices throughout North and
South America.

With 25 years of experience in the analytics and enterprise performance
management industries, Steve is responsible for the EMEA & AP Alliance & Channel
Organization at SAS. Prior to joining SAS, Steve was an Associate Director
within KPMG’s Management Consulting Division.

Paula Harpham leads a team focused on strategic routes to market and partner
innovation. This team is responsible for initiative development leveraging our
global system integrators and technology partners and identifying and investing
in new channels that are additive and complementary to drive revenue.

SHADI SHAHIN


VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT STRATEGY

As vice president of product strategy, Shadi Shahin is responsible for leading
Product Management, Price and Offer Management at SAS. His background as an IT
professional began at IBM more than 25 years ago eventually leading Wolters
Kluwer, and most recently, RedHat. Along the way, Shadi’s teams pushed the
boundaries within data, analytics, and next-generation technologies. This
includes creative integrations of SAS into an open architecture eco-system. His
guiding principle is to infuse both a customer and practitioner perspective into
a pragmatic and collaborative SAS solutions roadmap.
