How do you ensure its protected against prompt injection attacks



We have an implementation in the backend that takes care of prompt injection.
However, AIChatbot only uses your content to provide answers, and will not pull
from Chat GPT's general knowledge.

Can I personalize the chatbot for my brand?



Yes, you can personalize AIChatbot to create a branded experience for customers
and customize the logo, background color, or image to align with your brand's
visual identity.

How do we contact support?

Should we retrain the chatbot when new website contents are added?



Yes, and it's very simple, Click 'History' on the side menu, and on the top
right, click 'Bot settings' then click ' Retrain bot'. Then the chatbot retrains
itself by updating and syncing all the new data sources.

Can the user transfer a Chatbot to human?



Yes you can, you contact human support by switching to Email next to the chatbot
tab and we will respond back to you as soon as possible

Would all my bot have Data Synced or the bot data will be unique to each Bot?



Your personal info is unique to each bot you use. When you add content to a bot,
it only syncs with that specific one. If you want the same content for another
bot, you have to add it manually. I hope this clarifies things.
