Andrew is a business transformation and solutions architect, specializing in
strategy design and execution for government and non-profits in the justice,
social services, health care and labour market development sectors. Andrew has
led more than 100 successful initiatives during the past 22 years as a
consultant, and held senior management and executive positions in for-profit,
non-profit and public service organizations. Leveraging his broad range of
experiences and skills in areas such as planning, business design, financial
analysis, marketing, systems development and project management, Andrew helps
organizations to build capacity and manage change necessary for achieving
strategic and operational results. Andrew is a Chartered Professional
Accountant, Certified Management Consultant, Project Management Professional and
Certified Technology Specialist, and holds an MBA from Queen's University and a
Masters in Economics from McMaster University.
