I was throw off at first by the title, "gain and unfair advantage" however, when
I think of what one gains from this it really is unfair! Moving powerfully
forward in this age of technology and NOT being principled can make life a "long
row to hoe"; as they say in the country. I especially like the writing format.
Like a text book. Its promotes engagements and clarity. I need that today in
order to be a better human first and then a CEO. Thanks for this answer to my
prayers. I bought two of them, to give away. This book is that necessary...

A outstanding detailed book on how we as humans are designed and how we can
internally be proactive and not reactive in our journey as leaders and human
beings. I found chapter 2/3 fascinating as it spoke to me as a leader and what
my experiences have been so far in both my business and personal life. It has
made me realize we all have a superhero within us and need to be accountable for
our development and continuous evolvement.
As Ralph Waldo Emerson said back in 1870. Skill to do comes of doing; knowledge
comes by eyes always open, and working hands; and there is no knowledge that is
not power.
A great book for all leaders and people that want to grow.

authors were going. But as I got deeper into it I realized their ideas are
profound and that the path to successful leadership they offer is tangible,
practical, and real. I've read a lot of books about business and politics. This
one isn't just verbiage but offers useful tools for living a happier, less
