The app was a 5 star until the last update. The old notifications were perfect
for my taste. Since the last update, I can no longer delete the notifications
when I am done with them, just flag them as read. So I always have hundreds of
them showing in my list and it no longer shows which ones I have already read.
So for me the last update is a step back. The app is no longer sending me
notifications on my lock screen when a ticket I am watching has been updated.
They should rollback this update.

Apologies for the bad experience you had using the app. We have introduced an
update that keeps the notifications from the web and the mobile apps in sync.
There were a few issues and, uninstalling and reinstalling the app would fix
them. We're also working on a UX upgrade to make the read/unread notification
distinction more pronounced.

The new ui is horrible. Sometimes if there s third response in the ticket it
won't load until you exit re open the ticket multiple times. Miss the easy reply
button at the bottom to be able to send and revolve

Can the update that's just come out be reverted, the layout and look of the app
is just dreadful now! Since 22nd July. Had no problems with the app before that
but now it's so much worse, what were the devs thinking!
