 * How long are your contracts?

There are NO long-term contracts or commitments. You can use
ContestCrafter month to month, and cancel at any time you’d like! If you do
purchase an annual plan, we’ll reward your loyalty with a 25% discount from the
monthly rate.

 * If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?

Yes! We offer support via email in English, Russian, and Spanish with a
guaranteed 12 hour response time, 365 days per year.

 * If I cancel my ContestCrafter account, will I lose my data?

As with most “software-as-a-service” platforms, when you cancel your account,
your data will become inaccessible. But don’t worry! Your data won’t be
permanently deleted until a year after you’ve canceled your account. Until then,
you can come back and pick back up where you left off.

 * If I don't like ContestCrafter, how do I cancel?

You can cancel in three clicks from inside of your account. No need to call,
