Who We are

The Admin Awards is the Administrative Profession’s highest honor, created over
a decade ago by the daughter of a retired Executive Secretary. Often referred to
as the ‘Academy Awards for Admins‘, the Admin Awards is the first and only
public recognition program of its kind in the country that focuses specifically
on recognizing and rewarding the achievements, dedication and importance of
Administrative Professionals. The Admin Awards currently operates in six regions
across the U.S. including Boston and New England Region, Chicago and Midwest
Region, Dallas / Fort Worth and Southwest Region, Houston and Gulf Region,
Francisco, Silicon and San Francisco Bay Area Region, and Washington D.C. and
Mid-Atlantic Region.

The Admin Awards offers nine distinct award categories, including the program’s
most prestigious award, The Colleen Barrett Award for Administrative Excellence
which elevates the professional who embodies the “spirit” and proficiency of
nationally renowned former secretary, Colleen Barrett, now President Emeritus of
