What is IntentX?
IntentX is a next-generation OTC derivatives exchange offering perpetual futures
trading.At the heart of IntentX is a combination of technological innovations
that usher in the next generation of on-chain finance. The platform leverages
several cutting-edge technologies, including LayerZero, a cross-chain
communication protocol, account abstraction, and SYMMIO, a zero-to-one
breakthrough intent based architecture that addresses critical challenges in
delivering on-chain derivatives.Combined, these technologies allow IntentX to
offer omnichain deployment, lower fees, greater liquidity, enhanced capital
efficiency, and improved scalability versus current solutions.IntentX is live
with over 180 tradable markets and up to 60x leverage.
How does trading work at IntentX?
Trade on IntentX is facilitated peer-to-peer by Solvers (market makers) who
first stream quotations to traders, and then enter into bilateral trade
agreements to facilitate and settle trades directly on-chain.The trade begins
with continuously streamed quotations by the solver to the IntentX terminal to
inform users of the current available open interest, prices, and other trade
conditions.Once the user has input their trade details and is satisfied with the
quotation, they send a “request for trade” on-chain to the solver with their
collateral. The solver can fill the order with an equivalent collateral if
matching their parameters.The trader and solver now enter into a bilateral trade
agreement for the perpetual futures contract, with rules based solvency,
liquidation, closing, and settlement.
What is the relationship between IntentX and SYMMIO?
SYMMIO is a strategic and infrastructure partner to IntentX.IntentX is the OTC
marketplace and trading terminal, and we utilize SYMMIO core contracts to settle
the trade and facilitate the trader agreements between traders and solver.Simply
put, IntentX is the quotation marketplace where trade is coordinated, and SYMMIO
is the settlements layer. When trading on IntentX, you are leveraging both
cutting-edge technologies to facilitate the trade.
Does IntentX have a token?
Yes, IntentX's native token is INTX. As of right now, the token has not been
released, this will happen during Launch Phase 2: TGE.The tokenomics are built
and centered around xINTX, which is the staked form of INTX and serves as the
project's main utility and value capture mechanism.Staking Utility:
Are the smart contracts audited and secure?
Security is of utmost importance to IntentX and our users. We take great pride
in ensuring that all contracts used in the platform are thoroughly audited by
industry leading standards.SYMMIO core contracts are fully audited by
Sherlock.IntentX token and staking contracts are fully audited by
Quantstamp.IntentX will also have a public bug bounty program once the contracts
are live.
What is IntentX's business model?
IntentX's core business model is very simple, we earn a % transaction fee on the
notional volume of all trade conducted on the exchange. No more, no less.At
IntentX, we do not countertrade users, profit from their losses, have platform
funding or borrowing fees, or have any other involvement in the peer-to-peer
trades other than the straightforward and transparent transaction feeIntentX
will continue to build products and introduce new revenue streams and value to
xINTX, and importantly it will never be at the cost of the traders.
