Rupee’s mission is to be the go-to Cryptocurrency for the people of South Asia.
Rupee aims to facilitate money remittances and enable merchants to accept a fast
Cryptocurrency for goods and services. Rupee will enable the people of South
Asia to cut out traditional middlemen such as banks.

 1. For users with over 20,000 RUP the Masternode platform will earn a 65% block
    reward earning up to 60% interest on Rupee holdings.
 2. Staking payouts are perfectly simple and easy to achieve, you simply leave
    the coins in a wallet that is open for staking and you will receive a 35%
    block reward.
 3. Sending money to friends and family could not be any easier than with the
    Rupee mobile application. Payments can be sent instantly using the Rupee
    InstantSend feature with very low fees
 4. Owners of Rupee keep their digital coins in Rupee digital wallet. The Rupee
    coin wallet can be encrypted so that the user has full control over it.
 5. The RupeeBase marketplace will allow merchants to sell their products with
    low fees.

WHAT IS RUPEE?

Rupee is a Cryptocurrency that is based upon a Dash Fork, with POS instead of
POW with and optional privacy PrivateSend and InstantSend functions.

WHY CREATE RUPEE? WHY CAN’T I JUST USE BITCOIN, LITECOIN ETC?

Rupee as a brand is recognized by almost 2 billion people in South Asia. Rupee’s
focus is the South Asian region with products and services geared towards
servicing people from the region specifically. For example, a merchant is free
to accept BTC, LTC or any other currency, but we think local merchants would
want to go for a coin with name recognition, level of comfort and focus on the
region.

WHAT IS RUPEE’S MISSION?

DOES RUPEE CRYPTOCURRENCY HAVE ANY RELATION WITH FIAT RUPEE CURRENCIES (INR,
PKR, ETC.)?

No, Rupee is not related in any way to the fiat Rupee currencies of South Asian
countries. Rupee is a decentralized Cryptocurrency and happens to be the
namesake of these centralized fiat currencies.

WHERE CAN I BUY RUPEE?

pairs for Rupee.

HOW THE DEVELOPMENT FUND WILL BE USED?

The development fund will be used to promote Rupee as a Cryptocurrency, and
every detail will be made available to community members.

HOW MUCH WAS RUPEE’S PRE-MINE AND WHAT WAS IT USED FOR?

The Rupee pre-mine was 30 million, out of which 24 million was swapped by users,
and 6 million is locked in development funds.

WHAT WILL BE THE MAIN PURPOSES FOR DEVELOPMENT FUND?

The development fund will be used to get listed on exchanges, to bring vendors
to accept Rupee, and for marketing purposes.

HOW DOES RUPEE COMPARE WITH OTHER SIMILAR CRYPTOCURRENCIES (BITCOIN, LITECOIN
ETC.)?

Rupee is based upon Dash coin code, but with modification to make it POS instead
of POW, it has optional privacy and InstantSend features.
