We purchased a used vehicle in May of 2023. The sales department was easy to
work with, a little flexible on price, and was able to go through my credit
union for financing. Overall I felt pretty good about the experience. Two weeks
after purchase the check engine light came on. I genuinely feel that it was
happen stance and the dealership had no idea. I went in last week to find
another used vehicle. The vehicle drove great but the check engine light came
on. The sales person agreed to have it checked and repaired prior to me taking
delivery. I went back to pick up on Wednesday and they let me know that
everything was taken care of. When I drove the vehicle home the light came back
on. I was able to have the light checked and repaired through an independent
repair facility. After communicating this with the sales department they have
agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs. Having purchased two used
vehicles from them I am appreciative of the sales team they have. They aren’t
pushy, have good market value pricing and have really streamlined purchasing and

Dante and told him the type of car I wanted, and we made an appt to meet. He was
very professional and knowledgeable. Prior to arriving I provided my information
to Dante so that upon arrival he knew what I qualified for. He could tell by my
body language that I did not like certain vehicles, and I thought that was
awesome and showed that he really cared about which vehicle I chose versus just
