Tyler Marion
Principal, Legal Business Solutions, PwC US

Tyler is a partner with PwC’s Legal Business Solutions, based in Seattle. He has
one year of experience with the firm and more than 18 years of legal practice
and legal operational experience.

Relevant experience

 * Brings specialization in contract lifecycle management processes and
   technology and legal operational consulting
 * Has spent the past 14 years developing efficient legal operating models,
   implementing CLM systems, curating client contract data and building
   outsourced services for corporate clients
 * Served as the managing director of the global data governance group of a
   multinational consulting firm prior to joining PwC; during his tenure he
   advised on and implemented data governance solutions to accommodate clients’
   global needs
 * Advises clients on matters ranging from complete operations overhauls and
   software needs, to ancillary managed services and data governance solutions
 * Supports clients in the technology, health and life sciences, transportation,
   hospitality, oil and gas, and finance sectors, including many Fortune 100 and
   Forbes Global 100 companies



Laura Richardson
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Agiloft

Laura Richardson is an experienced technology attorney who enjoys applying her
broad background to help businesses scale humanely. Before joining Agiloft,
Laura was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Osso VR, Inc., a
mission-driven, VR surgical training company, helping build out the company’s
Legal function and guide the company through its Series C round. Prior to Osso
VR, Laura was Senior Counsel at Intel Corporation, supporting various business
units and actively involved in Intel Legal’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
efforts. Laura is also a former litigator, serving as a Judicial Clerk in the
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee before entering
private practice at Sidley Austin in Los Angeles. She has a JD from the UCLA
School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College.

Senior Director of Product Marketing, Agiloft

Simon Jones is a tech veteran with more than 25 years of experience across all
kinds of cloud software. He is recognized for his leadership building clear
programs to explain and implement software-driven solutions that achieve
results. With proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, product
launch, sales, and organizational development, he has spent his career in
Silicon Valley, helping to raise hundreds of millions of dollars in investment,
and drive four companies to successful exit.He currently leads product marketing
at Agiloft.
