FREE EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS.

This free equipment offer requires that you agree to receive monitoring services
(Alder’s “Services”) by entering into a monthly monitoring services agreement
(“Monitoring Agreement”) with Alder Holdings, LLC (“Alder”) for a minimum
$39.99/month (“Monthly Monitoring Rate”) and for a minimum period of 36 months
(the “Term”). The free equipment you can receive under this offer consists of
the following alarm safety and home automation products (each a “Product” and
collectively, your “Security System”): touch screen control panel, outdoor
cameras, indoor cameras, door/window sensors, fire detector, wireless key
remote, medical pendant, motion detector, glass break detector, etc.
You may purchase additional Products including certain discounted price Products
(“Promotional Products”) at the time you agree to the Monthly Monitoring
Agreement and order your free Security System, which additional Products and/or
Promotional Products will become part of your Security System for purposes of
Alder’s Product warranties and 30-Day Free Trial Period described below.


LIMITED LIFETIME EQUIPMENT WARRANTY.

If you choose you may obtain a subscription to Alder’s lifetime Premium Service
Plan (the “Lifetime Service Plan”), which will be added onto (increase) your
Monthly Monitoring Rate at the rate of $3.00 per month. By subscribing to the
Service Plan, you will receive a lifetime limited warranty (the “Lifetime
Limited Warranty”) on all Products of your Security System for the entire period
you maintain your subscription to the Service Plan and remain current on your
monthly payments under your Monitoring Agreement. If, however, you cancel your
subscription to the Lifetime Service Plan any time after the Limited Warranty
Period (described below), then upon such cancellation, the Lifetime Limited
Warranty and Limited Warranty (already expired) on all Products comprising your
Security System will immediately expire.
If any Product becomes faulty or defective at any time during your active
Lifetime Limited Warranty, to receive a replacement for that product, the
following process will be employed: First, notify Alder that you have a faulty
of defective Product; Second, after receiving notification from you, Alder will
mail a replacement Product to you at no additional cost to you; Third, Alder
will also send you an email with return instructions and a prepaid shipping
label to return the defective or faulty Product; and Fourth, using the prepaid
shipping label, mail back to Alder the defective or faulty Product within 14
days of you receiving the email with return instruction and the prepaid shipping
label. In the event you fail to ship the defective or faulty Product to Alder
within 14 days of receiving the email with the return instructions and prepaid
shipping label (the “Product Replacement Process”). If you fail to return the
faulty or defective Product to Alder using the prepaid shipping label within 14
days after receiving the return shipping email from Alder, Alder may charge you
for the full cost normally charged by Alder for the unreturned Product. Any
amount due will be charged to your credit/debit card on file by the next bill
date that is/was used for payment of your Lifetime Service Plan and Monthly
Monitoring Rate under your Monitoring Agreement. Alder may use reconditioned
parts or components in the Products in providing replacement Products to you
under the Lifetime Limited Warranty, but Alder all replacement Products will be
covered under the Lifetime Limited Warranty for so long as you subscribe to
Alder’s Lifetime Service Plan.
The limitations on the warranty of Products under the Lifetime Limited Warranty
(the “Warranty Limitations”) are as follows: Alder shall have no obligation
during the Lifetime Limited Warranty to replace batteries or any part or
component of the Products that is rendered defective due to acts of God or
casualty of any type, vandalism, fire, lightning, flood, water, intrusion,
electrical surges, any misuse, tampering, abuse, accidents, improper
installation of your Security System or any part or component of the Products
that comprise your System by you that is not in accordance with instructions
provided by Alder, or your negligence, alteration(s) or any attempted
unauthorized repair of the Products not performed or replaced by Alder.


LIMITED WARRANTY FOR DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS.

Regardless of whether you subscribe to the Lifetime Service Plan or not, if any
Product you receive in your order for your Security System from Alder is faulty
or defective or becomes faulty or defective within twelve (12) months of your
purchase date of your Security System (the “Limited Warranty Period”), then
Alder will employ the Product Replacement Process outlined above to provide you
a replacement for your faulty or defective Product. As with the Lifetime Limited
Warranty, in the event you fail to ship the defective or faulty Product replaced
by Alder using the prepaid shipping label provided by Alder within 14 days of
receiving the email with the return instructions and prepaid shipping label,
Alder Holding, LLC may charge you for the full cost normally charged by Alder
Holding, LLC for the unreturned Product. Any amount due will be charged to your
credit/debit card on file by the next bill date that is/was used for your
Monthly Monitoring Rate under your Monitoring Agreement.
The Limited Warranty is subject to the same Warranty Limitations as the Lifetime
Limited Warranty as described above.


POST-WARRANTY REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If, after the later of the Limited Warranty Period, or expiration of the
Lifetime Limited Warranty through your cancellation of your subscription to the
Lifetime Service Plan and/or due to nonpayment under your Monitoring Agreement,
any Product of your Security System becomes defective or faulty, Alder will
replace the defective or faulty Product with a new Product at Alder’s
then-current prices for such Product plus any applicable taxes and the cost of
shipping the Product to you


30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

If, for any reason, you decide you want to return your Security System or cancel
your Monitoring Agreement with Alder, you must notify Alder customer support at
800-710-1289 no later than thirty (30) days after you order your Security System
and inform customer support that you wish to cancel Alder’s Services and return
your Security System in order to receive a full refund, including a refund of
all Monthly Monitoring Rate fees, and Lifetime Service Plan fees, if any,
charged to you (the “30-Day Risk Free Trial”). After notifying Alder that you
wish to cancel our Services and return your Security System, you will receive an
email from Alder (the “Cancellation Email”) with the return instructions you
must follow to receive your refund along with a list of Products comprising your
Security System AND any and all additional Promotional Products or other
Products you purchased from Alder at the time you ordered your Security System
(the “Equipment Return List”). You must ship back to Alder at your own cost all
Products on the Equipment Return List and any other materials you received from
Alder, such as operation manuals and the Alder yard sign, within five (5) days
after Alder has sent you the Cancellation Email. Upon timely receipt from you of
all required returned Products identified on the Equipment Return List and other
materials provided from Alder to you, Alder will refund to you the actual price
you paid for any additional Product(s) and Promotional Products, if any and all
Monthly Monitoring Rate fees, and Lifetime Service Plan fees paid by you during
the 30-Day Risk Free trial. You will not receive a refund for any missing or
damaged Products identified on the Equipment Return List. In addition, If you
fail to ship to Alder any of Products identified on the Equipment Return List
and other materials within five ( 5 ) days of Alder sending you the Cancellation
Email, the 30-Day Risk Free Trial will be deemed to have expired and you will
remain obligated to pay Alder the Monthly Monitoring Rate for its Services for
the Term of your Monitoring Agreement. Alder will process the refund owed to you
as soon as possible but in no event more than 30 days from the date of receipt
by Alder of all products on the Equipment Return list and other materials.


PREPAID CARD

Prepaid card is given to you as a reward or gift and no money has been paid by
you for the card.  Prepaid card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to
a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. No cash access or recurring payments.  Card
valid for up to 1 year; unused funds will be forfeited at midnight EST the last
