Q: What is the Giving Marketplace?

A: The Giving Marketplace is a workplace giving solution from Fidelity
Investments. It streamlines workplace giving for employers, makes it easier for
their employees to support their favorite charities, and helps nonprofits
maximize their matching gift dollars.

Q: How is Giving Marketplace different from Fidelity Charitable?

A: The Giving Marketplace is a workplace giving platform that is available to
donors whose employers have elected to offer this benefit. Donations are made
directly to the charity and are available immediately in your Stripe payments
account. The Giving Marketplace also enables employers to automatically process
their matching gifts to your organization.

Fidelity Charitable is an independent public charity, separate from Fidelity
Investments, that sponsors a donor-advised fund. The Giving Account at Fidelity
Charitable is available to any donor provided they meet the minimum account
opening contribution. When a donor contributes to their Giving Account, they are
eligible for an immediate tax deduction and then have the option to grant to
their favorite charities immediately or allow their donation to grow tax-free
while they decide which charities to support.
