Thanks to Ziping Liu, and his writing, and his actions as well: he has set the
tone at this point in what is baseline of good-faith actions. This baseline is
now determinable, since he has given a due process of time for affairs to be
handled internally, and moved through phases, which is how all organizational
motions of executive powers need to work as. The problem at hand here, isn't
that big corporations need to have more red tape, and more gears to turn, and to
overload its functioning with more policies and protocols. That's looking at the
wrong area for a solution is organizational by law autonomy. You don't need to
write program with more "IF this" statements, in order to create a smart
program. Sometimes all it takes, is for the program to go to sleep(200ms). And
then collect measurements, go to sleep(200ms) and collect measurements, while
each time making parameter changes, or as known as machine learning in the
simplest form possible.
