you need help with other associated entertainment services, we can help organise
a MC, audio equipment (wireless PA, wireless mic), smoke machines and lighting!

DEDICATED EVENTS MANAGER

Every Hey Jack wedding will receive a dedicated event manager to help make your
wedding visions a reality. They’ll be on hand to answer all your questions (no
question is too silly), offer advice and will be available for catch-ups
throughout the planning process.

We’re here to help guide you through the sometimes daunting and stressful
experience of pulling a lot of things together for your big day! We offer a
unique online planning system that allows you to customise your schedule and
playlist and update it as often as you like leading up to the wedding. This
means more control and less stress. Our team will share resources with song
inspo and ideas and are on hand to offer professional music advice to help you
pick the perfect song for each part of your wedding.

SECURITY & PEACE OF MIND

This is unlikely, but let’s just say your chosen artist cannot be at your
wedding due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness), the show (your
wedding) will absolutely go on. We’ll go into overdrive and pull out all the
strings to help organise another of our Hey Jack musicians with a similar look,
feel and sound to your original choice so your entertainment is just as unique,
stand out and energetic as you imagined.

Not many single artists have public liability insurance – an essential
protective cover for all couples just in case the worst happens and an artist is
injured at your wedding. Every single Hey Jack artist is covered so you and your
musician will have peace of mind on your big day.

and wedding singers at Hey Jack. And we ensure we have the highest quality
performers through our rigorous selection process. Every band, group or ensemble
represented by Hey Jack has history. We promise that not only do they have years
of experience within the industry as individuals, but they are also a
well-rehearsed, cohesive group. We do extensive background checks, so you can be
assured every Hey Jack performer is a professional capable of rocking your
wedding or event.

We are constantly searching for new talent to grow the number and variety of
performers within Hey Jack to fulfil all entertainment demands.

DOES HEY JACK PROVIDE WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT OUTSIDE OF MELBOURNE?

If you are planning a destination wedding, you’re eloping, or you reside outside
of Melbourne, do not despair; your dream entertainment from Hey Jack is happy to
travel regionally, interstate or even overseas! Of course, there are some
additional travel fees to help your band make the journey to your dream wedding
location, which we are very transparent about. To learn more about these costs,

skills and talents, which is why we can confidently say that we cover almost
every note and lyric. It’s what makes Hey Jack so unique; we have created a
one-stop shop for all musical demands and welcome all your performance requests-
no matter how creative!

WHAT IS YOUR WEDDING PORTAL?

Hey Jack offers their couples their very own and personalised Wedding Portal.
We’ve created this tool to allow our clients the opportunity to document all the
details of their wedding. We know wedding planning can be challenging, so we’ve
taken most of the hard work in planning everything Music, Film and Photography
related. Once set up, couples can come back and make changes to their wedding
portal as many times as they like. It’s easy to use and helps make the wedding
planning a lot more fun.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD BOOKING POLICY?

Ready to lock in your perfect performer? Our standard booking policy is an
initial 30% payment to lock in your band. The remaining balance is to be paid 45
days before your big day. Once that all-important first step of booking (and
deposit) is made, you will be given your very own musical portal to start adding
in any show-stopping tunes or sweet serenades you wish to feature on the day.
One-month before showtime, the planning team will take over and give you a run
down on all the smaller deets- relieving you to focus on other pressing matters!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Every one has fine print, and Hey Jack is no exception. Ensuring we provide the
best service to every happy couple is part of our mission. As such, we will
require all bookings to acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. This
also means no unknown surprises for the big day. For full and transparent

WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR CHOSEN ENTERTAINMENT CAN NO LONGER PERFORM AT OUR WEDDING?

All Hey Jack entertainers are professionals committed to performing on your big
day; however, we do prepare for the worst-case scenario in which they incur a
personal emergency and must withdraw at the last minute. In the unlikely event
your chosen performer cannot commit to your day due to a significant emergency,
the Hey Jack team will work tirelessly to source a replacement performer of a
similar calibre.

CAN A BAND PERFORM OVER TIME ON THE NIGHT?

For a day and night you never want to end, we totally appreciate it if you and
your guests demand an encore. Sometimes, a request from the client to perform
overtime may be accommodated; however, this is solely at the discretion of Hey
Jack and the performers on the night. It is worth noting that additional costs
may be charged back to the couple.

WHAT IS THE BEST FORM OF CONTACT IF I NEED TO GET IN TOUCH?

We love a chat! The best way to contact Hey Jack is by filling out the contact
form on our website- you’ll find this under our main menu as ‘submit an
enquiry’. We also recommended creating a shortlist of your entertainment
preferences- you can do this by viewing the performer’s profile on our website
and tapping the “add to shortlist” button. This automatically populates and will
be included on your enquiry form. Filling out the form with all your essential
information will assist our team in better understanding your wedding or event
details, allowing us to get the party started quicker.’
