The day that I walked in to the sales office, I could see that this was going to
be different. I was treated so well and never felt pushed to commit to anything.
I sat with the salespeople for over a three week period trying to find the right
fit for my budget and needs. We talked and they recommended that I speak with

spent helping me and my son pick our finishing touches by providing us with
ideas and examples and the communication on our behalf with suppliers and
contractors, was greatly appreciated. It was a journey of experience that I took
with Bena that comes from their passion, patience and pride in workmanship. I
made the right decision and was informed about every step and advancement. From
the day the shovel broke ground, to the framing, to the installation of the
flooring, washrooms, and kitchen, the site supervisor kept me posted. One year
later, the house that once was a dream is now our home

When we decided to move for the last time and build our retirement home in
Aylmer, we wanted a house close to all amenities (grocery store, drugstore,
bank, marina). Bena Construction is not only close to all of these amenities,
but also has direct access to the main throughway to Hull and Ottawa. Once
deciding to build with Bena, we were extremely happy with the level of service
we received from the sales office. The staff at Bena were more than
accommodating in discussing and making changes to the initial plan in order to
allow us to personalize our home. Any concerns we had were dealt with quickly.
The suppliers and contractors that we were put in touch with were always helpful
and informative. The electrician and bathroom plumbing personnel were especially
helpful and answered all of our questions regarding their products and
installation. We are extremely happy with the quality of our home, from the
brick outside to the finishing touches on the inside. The Bena Ferris Farm
development offers a great mix of single and semi-detached homes, in a location
that can’t be beat! We would certainly recommend any new home buyer to consider
Bena Construction if a new home in Aylmer is in their future plans.
