Things to know before you go

Check-in:

To get your boarding pass(es), passengers may check in online and bring a
printed paper boarding pass to the airport or use the Allegiant mobile app to
get a digital boarding pass. Online check-in begins 24 hours prior to scheduled
departure. Or passengers may check-in at the Allegiant ticket counter. Please
note, there is a $5 fee to print a boarding pass at the airport.
Airport ticket counters and the ability to check-in closes 45 minutes prior to
scheduled departure.


Please plan to:

 * Arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours prior to flight departure.
 * Be checked in, through airport security, and at the boarding gate at least 1
   hour before departure.
 * Be on board the aircraft at least 20 minutes prior to departure.

Seat assignments

Passengers who choose not to purchase a seat assignment -- "Not assigned" --
will be assigned a seat by our system, at no cost, at the time of check-in.

You can view your assigned seat, during online check-in starting 24 hours before
flight departure. Seats together cannot be guaranteed if not purchased and seat
assignments cannot be changed.

If you would like to purchase a specific seat assignment, simply log in to
Manage Travel and select seats before you check-in online or get to the airport.

If you purchased a seat assignment and are asked to move to another seat in
order to accommodate a passenger with a disability, per the Air Carrier Access
Act, the seat selection fee will be refunded to the original form of payment.

You may travel with one Personal Item not to exceed 8 in. x 14 in. x 18 in. free
of charge.

Save money by reserving your checked and carry-on bags before you get to the
airport.

Please measure your bags carefully as all exterior measurements include wheels,
pockets, handles and decoration.


Airport bag fees will apply to:

 * Carry-on and checked bags which have not been pre-paid.
 * Oversize Personal Item (exceeding 8 in. x 14 in. x 18 in.)
 * Excess or oversize Carry-on Bag
   (exceeding 10 in. x 16 in. x 22 in.)


Overweight and oversized checked bag fees apply to:

 * Overweight Checked Bags - between 51 and 70 pounds (18.6-31.8 kilos): $50.00
   additional per flight.
 * Overweight Checked Bags - between 71 and 100 pounds (32.2-45.4 kilos) $75.00
   additional per flight.
 * Oversize Checked Bags: height + width * depth in excess of 80 linear inches
   (203.2 cm): $75.00 additional per flight.


Baggage fees apply to carry-on and checked bags and vary depending on route and
when the bag is added to your itinerary. Additional charges for sporting
equipment and/or overweight and/or oversize and excess baggage may apply. Please
note: passengers may travel with car seats/strollers, mobility aids or assistive
devices free of charge. As well as medical equipment such as portable oxygen
concentrators or diabetic supplies, food for consumption in flight, a coat,
jacket, diaper bag, or an umbrella.

In accordance with FAA Safety Regulations, passengers are restricted to one (1)
item of carry-on baggage that does not exceed external dimensions of ten inches
by sixteen inches by twenty-two inches (10 in. x 16 in. x 22 in.) (e.g.,
roll-aboard bag, garment bag, tote bag). This item must be stored in the
overhead compartment and is subject to applicable fees. In addition, passengers
may bring on board one (1) smaller personal type item not to exceed external
dimensions of eight inches high by fourteen inches wide by eighteen inches deep
(8 in. x 14 in. x 18 in.) (e.g., purse, briefcase, laptop computer, small
backpack, small camera) to be stowed under the seat in front of the passenger.
If onboard space is unavailable, a passenger’s carry-on may be transported in
the cargo area at no additional charge.

Baggage Liability Limitations

For domestic (U.S.) flights. Allegiant Air’s liability for provable direct or
consequential damages resulting from the disappearance of damage to or delay in
delivery of a passengers personal property, including baggage in Allegiant Air
custody is limited to $3,500 per passenger. (This limitation does not apply to
wheelchairs or other mobility aids or assistive devices belonging to passengers
with disabilities.) Please refer to Articles 75 and 76 of Allegiant’s Contract
of Carriage for additional information.

E-Ticket Expiration

All travel involving funds from this itinerary number must be completed no later
than one year from the date the original itinerary was booked. Any change to an
itinerary, if permitted under Allegiant Air's Terms and Conditions, will involve
a change fee. For additional information see Allegiant Air's Terms and
Conditions.

Overbooking of Flights

Allegiant Air does not intentionally overbook it’s flights. Nevertheless airline
flights may be overbooked, and there is a slight chance that a seat will not be
available on a flight for which a person has a confirmed reservation. If the
flight is overbooked, no one will be denied a seat until airline personnel first
ask for volunteers willing to give up their reservation in exchange for
compensation of the airline’s choosing. If there are not enough volunteers, the
airline will deny boarding to other persons in accordance with it’s particular
boarding priority. With few exceptions, including failure to comply with the
carriers check-in deadline of 45 minutes prior to each flight segment. Persons
denied boarding involuntarily are entitled to compensation. The complete rules
for the payment of compensation and each airline’s boarding priorities are
available at all airport ticket counters and boarding locations. Some airlines
don’t apply these consumer protections to travel from some foreign countries,
although other consumer protections may be available. Check with your airline or
your travel agent.

Incorporated Terms

Air transportation provided by Allegiant Air is subjet to the terms of
Allegiants Contract of Carriage, and all such terms are herein incorporated by
refernce. Incorporated terms may include by are not restricted to (1) limits on
liability for personal injury or death: (2) limits on liability for loss, damage
or delay of baggage, including fragile or perishable goods: (3) claims
restrictions, including time periods within which passengers must file a claim
or bring an action against the air carrier: (4) rights of the air carrier to
change terms of the contract: (5) rules about non-refundability of air
transportation, hotel, auto activities or services, baggage and seat fees, and
related booking fees, carrier charges and taxes: reconfirmation of resemations,
check-in times, and refusal to carry: (6) rights of the air carrier and
limitations concerning delay or failure to perform service, including schedule
changes, substitutions of alternate air carrier or aircraft, and rerouting. You
can obtain additional information on items 1 through 6 above at any U.S.
location where Allegiant’s tickets are sold. You have the right to inspect the
full text of Allegiants Contract of Carriage at it’s airport ticket counters or
by clicking here: You also have the right, upon request, to receive free of
charge by mail or other delivery service the full text of Allegiant’s Contract
of Carriage including the terms referenced above. Information on ordering the
full text of the Contract of Carriage is available at any U.S. location where
Allegiant’s tickets sold.

Hotel Package

If you booked a hotel reservation with us, upon check-in at your hotel, you will
be required to present a credit card for you incidentals. Your package price
included the room and room tax only. All other charges are your responsibility.
These charges may include resort fees, additional parking fees, energy
surcharges, mandatory phone charges or other charges deemed necessary by the
hotel what are not part of your package. Most hotel check-in times are 3:00 PM
to 4:00 PM and most hotel check out times are 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon. To avoid
confusion, please note that your flight departure date and time may be different
than your hotel checkout datea nd time.
