PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION

In connection with the requirements of Regulation of the European Parliament and
of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural
persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement
of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection
Regulation or GDPR), ASTEK Poland Sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, provides you with
required information about the principles of processing your personal data and
related rights.

If you have any questions about the manner and scope of processing your personal
data by ASTEK Poland, as well as your rights, please contact us, ie ASTEK

Who is your personal data controller?

Your personal data controller is ASTEK Polska Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at
ul. Mokotowska 1, 00-640 Warsaw.

What personal data are we processing?

In the scope of recruitment, we collect and process information about you that
we obtain from you from:

 * filling out forms or surveys;
 * telephone calls;
 * e-mail correspondence;
 * sending documents to us, including your Resume;
 * participating in meetings.

To enable you to find your dream job, we collect information about your name,
qualifications, education, work experience, preferences, expectations and
interests, as well as contact details.

In the scope of handling the application contained in the contact form, we
process the data contained in this form.

For what purpose and on what basis will your data be processed?

In the scope of recruitment, we will process your data:

a. based on your consent (Article 6 item (1)(a) of the GDPR) for purposes
related to the recruitment process and seeking employment in future recruitment
processes (if you have agreed to it), in particular to:

 * create your professional profile in our database of candidates;
 * contact you by e-mail and telephone;
 * recognize your needs, expectations and qualifications;
 * inform you about current employment offers;
 * carry out competence tests;

b. in order to implement the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article
6 item (1)(f) of the GDPR), e.g. when creating lists, analyses, statistics,
reports and to ensure security.

In the scope of handling the application contained in the contact form, we will
process your data:

a. based on your consent (Article 6 item (1)(a) of the GDPR) to handle the
request contained in the contact form;

b. in order to implement the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article
6 item (1)(f) of the GDPR), e.g. when creating lists, analyses, statistics,
reports and to ensure security.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We can provide your data, to the extent it is necessary, to:

a. entities authorized to receive them on the basis of laws (e.g. courts, legal
protection authorities, administrative bodies, supervisory authorities);

b. entities that process your data on our behalf (e.g. service providers related
to conducting recruitment processes, entities servicing our ICT systems or
providing us with ICT tools, entities providing consultancy services, consulting
services, research agencies, etc.);

c. to our Partners, i.e. entities with whom we cooperate and for whom we
implement projects;

d. entities from the ASTEK Group, i.e. companies affiliated with ASTEK
International SASU with headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt in France.

In any case of disclosure of your data will ensure that only the minimum
information necessary to achieve the purpose of data processing is transferred.

Your data processed during recruitment processes may be transferred outside the
territory of the European Economic Area (EEA). If your data were to be
transmitted outside the EEA, we will ensure that cooperation with such entities
is based on an appropriate legal basis and that they provide appropriate
security standards.

How long will we store your personal data?

We will store your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the
purposes for which personal data have been collected or processed; to the extent
necessary to ensure compliance with the applicable legal requirement or to the
extent it is indicated in the light of the applicable archiving provisions.

In the scope of recruitment, we will store your data for a period of 3 months
following the end of the recruitment process, and after this time, if you
consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of future recruitment
processes, until such consent is withdrawn.

In the scope of handling the inquiry contained in the contact form, we will
store your data until the process of handling the inquiry is completed, and
after that for a period of time and to the extent required by the legitimate
interests of ASTEK Poland.

What rights do you have with regard to the processing of your personal data?

Remember that you are entitled to:

a. access the content of your personal data, including the right to obtain a
copy of data;

b. request modification (correction) of personal data if the data is inaccurate
or incomplete;

c. request deletion of personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) if:
(i) the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
or otherwise processed; (ii) you have objected to the processing of data; (iii)
you have withdrawn / revoked the consent on which the processing is based and
there is no other legal ground for processing; (iv) the data is processed
unlawfully; (v) data must be removed in order to comply with the legal
obligation;

d. request to limit the processing of personal data if: (i) you question the
accuracy of personal data; (ii) data processing is unlawful and you will object
to the deletion of data, requesting their limitation instead; (iii) we will no
longer need your data for our purposes, but you will need them to establish,
defend or pursue claims; (iv) you have objected to the processing of the data –
pending the determination of whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the
administrator override the grounds of objection;

e. transfer your personal data if: (i) the processing takes place on the basis
of an agreement concluded with you or on the basis of your consent; (ii) the
processing takes place in an automated manner;

f. object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, if: (i)
there are reasons related to your particular situation and; (ii) data processing
is based on the basis of indispensability for the legitimate purposes of the
administrator.

g. withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data to the extent that
you gave consent to the processing of personal data at any time without
affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent
before its withdrawal.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent
supervisory authority, ie the President of the Office for Personal Data
Protection, if we believe that the processing of data infringes the provisions
of the GDPR.

Profiling

The data collected from you will be used to create your professional profile,
containing information about your qualifications, skills, education, experience
of interests and preferences. On this basis, we will choose and present to you
the most-fitting job offers.

Do you have to provide your data?

Providing your data is completely voluntary. However, your failure to provide
data will result in the inability to take part in the recruitment process and
future application processes. Not submitting data will also result in the
inability to handle the notification contained in the contact form.
