STEP 1. GO TO GYMSMART.IN AND CLICK SIGN UP.

STEP 2. ENTER YOUR NAME, USER NAME, MOBILE NO. , EMAIL ADDRESS, PASSWORD AND
CONFIRM PASSWORD.

USER PROFILE

HOW TO EDIT USER PROFILE INFORMATION

STEP 1. CLICK ON YOUR PROFILE PICTURE LOCATED IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE
MESSAGEMGT INTERFACE.

STEP 2.FROM THE DROPDOWN MENU, SELECT "USER PROFILE.

STEP 3. ONCE ON THE USER PROFILE PAGE, FOLLOW THESE SUB-STEPS:

 * 1. Click on the icon located in the bottom right corner of your profile
   picture.
 * 2. You'll be prompted to either select an existing photo or upload a new one
   to update your profile picture.

STEP 4. TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

 * 1. On the User Profile page, look for the "Change Password" section.
 * 2. Enter your old password in the designated field.
 * 3. Enter your new password in the designated field.
 * 4. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.


HOW TO ADD WHATSAPP CONNECTION?

STEP 1. CLICK ON THE () ICON LOCATED IN THE TOP LEFT CORNER OF YOUR MASSAGEMGT
LOGO RIGHT SIDE.

HOW TO EDIT (UPDATE) MEMBER INFORMATION?

STEP 1. ACCESS THE MEMBER SECTION WITHIN THE "ALL MEMBER" CATEGORY OF YOUR
GYMSMART INTERFACE.

STEP 2. CLICK ON THE MEMBER FOR WHOM YOU WANT TO EDIT OR UPDATE THEIR
INFORMATION.

STEP 3. CLICK ON THE ICON LOCATED IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER.

STEP 4. ENTER THE MEMBER'S NAME, SELECT THEIR GENDER, DATE OF BIRTH, GROUP,
MOBILE NUMBER, ADDRESS, EMAIL, OCCUPATION, AND SELECT A MEMBER PHOTO. AFTER
FILLING IN ALL THE DETAILS, CLICK ON THE "UPDATE" BUTTON TO SAVE THE UPDATES.


HOW TO UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP ?

STEP 1. ACCESS THE MEMBER SECTION WITHIN THE ALL MEMBER CATEGORY OF YOUR
GYMSMART INTERFACE.

STEP 2. CLICK ON THE USER YOU WANT UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP.

STEP 3. CLICK ON THE USER YOU WANT TO UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP.

STEP 4. CLICK ON THE UPGRADE AND FILL IN ALL DETAILS. SELECT MEMBERSHIP, CHOOSE
THE START DATE AND END DATE OF THE MEMBERSHIP, SELECT TRAINER, ENTER THE AMOUNT.
IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES SO ADD THE DISCOUNT.CHOOSE THE PAYMENT METHOD AND ENTER
ANY REMARKS. IF THE MEMBER HAS A REMAINING BALANCE, ENTER THE REMAINING PAY
AMOUNT DATE.

STEP 5. CLICK ON THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON TO SAVE THE UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP.


HOW TO RENEW MEMBERSHIP ?

STEP 1: ACCESS THE MEMBER SECTION WITHIN THE ALL MEMBER CATEGORY OF YOUR
GYMSMART INTERFACE.

STEP 2: CLICK ON THE MEMBER YOU WANT TO RENEW THE MEMBERSHIP FOR.

STEP 3: CLICK ON THE "RENEW" BUTTON TO RENEW THE MEMBERSHIP (IF THE MEMBERSHIP
IS INACTIVE, A "RENEW" BUTTON WILL BE DISPLAYED OTHERWISE NOT SHOW).

STEP 4: FILL IN ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS. SELECT THE MEMBERSHIP, CHOOSE THE
START DATE AND END DATE OF THE MEMBERSHIP, SELECT A TRAINER, ENTER THE AMOUNT.
IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES, ADD THE DISCOUNT.CHOOSE THE PAYMENT METHOD AND ENTER ANY
REMARKS. IF THE MEMBER HAS A REMAINING BALANCE, ENTER THE REMAINING PAY AMOUNT
DATE.

STEP 5: CLICK ON THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON TO SAVE THE RENEWED MEMBERSHIP.


HOW TO FREEZE MEMBERSHIP ?

STEP 1. ACCESS THE MEMBER SECTION WITHIN THE ALL MEMBER CATEGORY OF YOUR
GYMSMART INTERFACE.

STEP 2. CLICK ON THE USER YOU WANT TO FREEZE MEMBERSHIP.

STEP 3: CLICK ON THE "FROZEN" BUTTON TO FREEZE THE MEMBERSHIP.

STEP 4: IF YOU WANT TO ACTIVATE THE FROZEN MEMBERSHIP, CLICK ON THE "ACTIVE"
BUTTON.


HOW TO REFUND MEMBERSHIP AMOUNT ?

STEP 1. ACCESS THE MEMBER SECTION WITHIN THE ALL MEMBER CATEGORY OF YOUR
GYMSMART INTERFACE.

STEP 2. CLICK ON THE USER YOU WANT REFUND MEMBERSHIP AMOUNT.

STEP 3: CLICK ON "RAISE REFUND" TO INITIATE A REFUND OF THE MEMBERSHIP AMOUNT.

STEP 4: A REFUND AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN DEDUCTED DAY BY DAY FROM THE MEMBERSHIP
AMOUNT. ADDITIONALLY,ENTER THE SPECIFIC REFUND AMOUNT YOU WISH TO GIVE TO THE
MEMBER AND ENTER ANY REMARKS.

STEP 5: CLICK ON THE "REFUND" BUTTON TO REFUND MEMBERSHIP AMOUNT.

STEP 1: ACCESS THE MEMBERSHIPS SECTION WITHIN THE SALES REPORT CATEGORY OF YOUR
GYMSMART INTERFACE.

1.THE USE OF A SALES REPORT IN A MEMBERSHIP-RELATED CONTEXT IS TO DISPLAY KEY
FINANCIAL DATA, INCLUDING THE NUMBER OF MEMBERSHIPS SOLD, TOTAL SALES, TOTAL
COLLECTIONS, AND REFUNDED AMOUNTS.


YOU HAVE TWO ESSENTIAL OPTIONS: ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE

STEP 1. ATTENDANCE :

 * 1 . This attendance section is intended for gym staff.
 * 2 . It displays records for days when staff members are present, on leave, or
   absent.
   

STEP 2. LEAVE :

 * 1. Fill out the Leave Request Form with the required information:
   * 1 .Name: Enter your full name.
   * 2 . Team Name: Select the team you belong to.
   * 3 . Date: Current date of form submission.
   * 4 . Reporting To: Choose your immediate supervisor or manager.
   * 5 . I Wish to Apply for (Days): Specify the number of days you intend to be
     on leave.
   * 6 . Leave From (Date): Enter the starting date of your leave.
   * 7 . Leave To (Date): Enter the ending date of your leave.
   * 8 . Reasons for Leave: Provide a detailed explanation for your leave
     request.
   * 9 . Type of Leave Requested: Select the type of leave from options like
     medical, compassionate, unpaid, or other.
   * 10 . Select Person to Assume Responsibilities: Choose a colleague who will
     take over your daily responsibilities during your absence.
   * 11 . . Once all details are completed, click the "Submit" button to send
     your leave request.


HOW CAN I ADD A STAFF MEMBER ?

STEP 1: ACCESS THE HR SECTION WITHIN THE ALL STAFFCATEGORY OF YOUR GYMSMART
INTERFACE.

STEP 2. CLICK + LOCATED BELOW YOUR PROFILE PICTURE.

STEP 3. PROVIDE THE STAFF DETAILS:

 * 1 .Enter your user name, mobile no, full name, e-mail address, select user
   type, select head, department alt mobile number, select Date of birth, And
   address.
 * 2 .You can click the button that will allow them to mark their attendance.
 * 3 .You can select the user's starting and ending time.
 * 4 .you can choose active and inactive status.

   STEP 4. ENTER OFFICE-RELATED INFORMATION:

 * 1 .Enter Your sim allocation, select joining date, job location And week of
   day.

   STEP 5. PROVIDE EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION:

 * 1 .Enter Your sim allocation, select joining date, job location And week of
   day.

   STEP 6. ENTER FINACIAL DETAIL:

 * 1 .enter your pan number, bank number, account number, IFSC code, branch
   name, salary,allowance, And total pay.


STEP 1 : PRODUCT TYPES

1.ACCESS THE STORE SECTION WITHIN THE PRODUCT TYPECATEGORY OF YOUR GYMSMART
INTERFACE..

2. CLICK + LOCATED BELOW YOUR PROFILE PICTURE.

3.ENTER YOUR SELL PRODUCT NAME.

STEP 2 : PRODUCT PURCHASE

1.ACCESS THE STORE SECTION WITHIN THE PRODUCT PURCHASE CATEGORY OF YOUR GYMSMART
INTERFACE.

2.CLICK THE "+" ICON LOCATED BELOW YOUR PROFILE PICTURE.

3.FILL IN ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS, INCLUDING PRODUCT, DATE, QUANTITY, PURCHASE
AMOUNT, GST AMOUNT, SELLING AMOUNT, AND SELECT "ADDED BY".

4.CLICK THE "ADD" BUTTON TO SAVE THE INFORMATION.


STEP 3 : ALL STOCK

1. AFTER ENTERING THE DETAILS OF YOUR SOLD PRODUCTS, THEY WILL BE DISPLAYED IN
THE ALL STOCK SECTION.

2.YOU CAN SELECT A PRODUCT AND ADD THE QUANTITY TO YOUR CART.

3.CLICK ON THE "BUY" BUTTON AND COMPLETE ALL THE NECESSARY DETAILS.

4.AFTER FILLING IN THE DETAILS, PROCEED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE PRODUCT
AMOUNT.

5.ADDITIONALLY, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN STOCK.

6.CLICK ON THE()ICON AND ENTER THE QUANTITY YOU WISH TO RETURN.

SALES AND RETURNED STOCK,PROVIDING DETAILS ON THE QUANTITY SOLD AND RETURNED FOR
BETTER TRACKING AND MANAGEMENT.

2. ADDITIONALLY, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO DOWNLOAD THE REPORT OF BOTH PRODUCT
SALES AND RETURNED STOCK IN EXCEL SHEET FORMAT.

3.ADDITIONALLY, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO DOWNLOAD THE COLLECTION REPORT IN EXCEL
SHEET FORMAT.


HOW CAN MANAGE EXPENSES?

STEP 1. ACCESS THE FINANCE SECTION.

STEP 2. EXPENSES DISPLAY ALL TYPES OF EXPENDITURES IN THE GYM.

STEP 3. CLICK THE "+" ICON LOCATED BELOW YOUR PROFILE PICTURE.

STEP 4. ENTER A DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPENSE, SELECT THE DATE, CHOOSE THE STAFF
MEMBER INCURRING THE EXPENSE, AND INPUT THE EXPENSE AMOUNT.

STEP 5. CLICK "ADD" TO SAVE THE INFORMATION.


HOW CAN MANAGE SUMMARY?

1. ACCESS THE FINANCE SECTION.

2.THE SUMMARY DISPLAYS ALL TYPES OF EXPENSES, PAYMENTS, PROFIT, AND LOSS IN THE
GYM.

3.YOU CAN USE FILTERS TO VIEW SUMMARY DATA ON A DAY-WISE OR MONTH-WISE BASIS.

4.ADDITIONALLY, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO DOWNLOAD THE SUMMARY REPORT IN EXCEL
SHEET FORMAT.


HOW TO MANAGE GENERAL SETTING ?

1.USER ROLE :

1 .Access the Setting Section within the "General Setting" category of your
GymSmart Interface and select a user role category. 2 .User roles are assigned
by the admin to gym staff members. The admin can also choose which sections are
visible when a user with a specific role logs in. 3 .3. Admin can Also add a new
assigned user role. 4 .Click "save Menu" to save the information.

2.PROFILE-SETTINGS :

1 .Access the Setting Section within the "General Setting" category of your
GymSmart Interface and select a Profile-Settings category. 2 .Please enter the
Gym name you want to display at the center of the software. Provide your gym's
address, contact number, and, if applicable, enable the GST toggle to input your
GST number. You can also upload a gym photo to be displayed in the software
interface. 3 .Click "Add" to save the information.


HOW CAN I ADD OCCUPATION?

STEP 1. CLICK BELOW OF YOUR PROFILE PICTURE

STEP 2.ENTER YOUR OCCUPATION AND SELECT THE APPROPRIATE CATEGORY.

STEP 3.CLICK "ADD" TO SAVE THE INFORMATION

STEP 4.IF YOU WISH TO EDIT YOUR OCCUPATION, CLICK ON THE "OCCUPATION" FIELD,
MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES, AND THEN CLICK THE "UPDATE" BUTTON TO SAVE THE
INFORMATION.


HOW CAN MANAGE MASTER FOOD?

1.FOOD TYPE :

1. Access the "Food Type" category in the Setting Section of your GymSmart
Interface. 2. Click the (+) icon located below your profile picture. 3 .Enter a
type of food. 4 .Click "Add" to save the information 5 .If you wish to edit your
Food Type, click on the "food type" field, make the necessary changes, and then
click the "Update" button to save the information.

2.FOOD MASTER :

1 .Access the Setting Section within the "Food Master" category of your GymSmart
Interface and select a Food master category. 2 .Click (+) below of your Profile
Picture . 3 .Please provide all the necessary details, including the food name,
unit, quantity, type, food type, and so on. 4 .Click "Add" to save the
information
