registered members (private individuals and companies)

* DISTRIBUTION OF PROFIT
The respective profit is generally made by transferring officially traded,
listed shares of the company (the final "reporting company" - after the
reverse merger) in the appropriate amount4).
Due to the expected rapid global growth of the company immediately after the
reverse merger has been completed and the associated high increase in the
value of the shares (far higher profit than 10x ROI), we strongly discourage,
but upon request and a special contractual agreement in advance the

The investment offered can be regarded as factually risk-free. It is fully

profits, etc.), as well as from common exchange rate fluctuations and similar
risks, because
* to be able to guarantee the agreed profit only the reverse merger3) has to
be carried out

* after the reverse merger - at the real end of the duration4), we transfer
as many shares that - according to the time and amount of the investment -
exactly the amount of agreed profit is guaranteed.
* 100% DISCRETION GUARANTEED
1) Any previous investment for the purpose of developing the blockchain, the
cryptocurrency, the web platforms and the associated content, as well as the
development of the other software packages listed above, the fees for
developers, external consultants, servers and externally purchased programs were
made exclusively by the offerer / initiator, Mario Eduard Giovanelli. Up to the
point in time at which this private pre-IPO investment was offered, there were
no third-party investors.
The value of current assets - excluding the value of the GLOBAL - is calculated
in a roughly 119-page, comprehensive, extremely carefully and seriously
calculated business plan at $ 45.25 (fourty-five point twenty-five) million US
dollars.
At the beginning of the acceptance of the GLOBAL, particularly in trade and as a
medium of exchange, these assets will be in the order of about fifty (50)
trillion US dollars.
1.1) In a marketing video (see also above) we talk about guaranteeing to buy in
at a discount of 90% up to a pre-market investment of 5 million US dollars

2) We are able to fulfill the standard duration of the investment in less then
twelve (12) months, even much earlier (e.g. within only one to three months),
but for security reasons we are talking of a duration of eighteen (18) months in
our 'Investment Agreement'. The actual end of the term and the transfer/delivery
of the shares occurs immediately after the reverse merger has been successfully
carried out and the official trading of the shares continues on the stock
exchange4).
3) A reverse merger, reverse takeover (RTO), or reverse IPO is the acquisition
of a private company by an existing public company (often a SPAC) so that the
private company can bypass the lengthy and complex process of going public -

4) Depending on the amount of the investment, an individual staggered blocking
or holding period is agreed for security reasons. This agreement is discussed
and concluded with the respective investor or investor group before the
