HOW DO I SET UP MY NOTION SYSTEM?+

> First thing’s first: go to getnotion.com/app on your smartphone to download
> the mobile app. Create your account and follow the instructions in the app to
> set up your system.

WHAT IF MY SENSOR DISCONNECTS FROM THE BRIDGE?+

> The AAA batteries in the sensor will last approximately 1 year. If you’ve had
> your system longer than a year, start by replacing the batteries and the
> sensor will automatically reconnect on its own. If you’ve had the system for
> less than a year, then try moving the bridge around in your home to make sure
> that it is close enough to the sensor.

HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY APP NOTIFICATIONS?+

> Once your sensors are configured, you can select when you want to get
> notifications in the app. Simply click on the task from your app dashboard and
> scroll down to where it says “When would you like to get alerts on your
> phone?” to adjust your notification settings.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR NOTION?+

All you need is a wall powered outlet (100 - 240 V AC), 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network,
and a smartphone with iOS 11.4 / Android 6.0 or newer.

HOW CAN I ADD A MANAGER OR STAFF MEMBER TO THE NOTION SYSTEM?+

In the Notion app, tap on Account > People > Add Manager > Grant Manager Access
and follow the in-app instructions.



Once you’ve invited a manager, it’s important they follow the instructions in
the email invitation to create their own Notion account.
