As an alternative to face to face mealtime management training, the Safe
Swallowing course has all the information you need to be competent in your care
of people with dysphagia. It gave good explanations of what dysphagia is and
gives our support workers a better understanding of the WHY meal preparation for
mealtime supports are so important. Will definitely be using this course in
