Evolution is a global online gambling company. Its AmericanDepositary Shares
(“ADSs”) trade in the OTC Market in the United States under the ticker EVVTY.
The lawsuit alleges that the Company committed violations of federal securities

reports, as well as during analyst calls, regarding (i) the Company’s

the Company supplied its products to multiple customers that had operated

non-compliant with local law. The lawsuit alleges that when the true facts were
revealed to the market, the EVVTY share price dropped, damaging its investors.

defined as “All persons (including entities) that, while in the United States,
purchased or otherwise acquiredEVVTY on the OTC Market during the Class Period”
