Capitol Tech Solutions (CTS) is a leading technology consulting firm
specializing in digital transformation solutions, including web development,
data science, and software development. We collaborate with businesses across

driven by our commitment to long-term relationships and exceptional client
satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven outside sales
representative to join our San Diego team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth
and develop lasting client relationships. This role involves identifying new
business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring a seamless
client onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication
and presentation skills, the ability to draft comprehensive sales proposals, and
experience using HubSpot CRM to manage sales activities. A key part of this role
will be working closely with internal teams to transition new clients smoothly,
ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to project execution.
* Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and
pipeline activities.
* Identify and target new business opportunities in industries such as
technology, healthcare, finance, education, and public sector entities.
* Develop and execute lead generation strategies through cold calling, email
outreach, networking, and client referrals.
* Conduct research on potential clients to understand their business challenges
and present Capitol Tech Solutions’ services as solutions.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring
satisfaction and trust.
* Create and write comprehensive sales proposals and contracts tailored to
client needs.
* Present CTS’s services and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing value
and customized solutions.
* Manage the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the
internal teams responsible for executing the projects.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs and expectations
are clearly communicated.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and leverage social
media for lead generation.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor
activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum of 4 years in sales with a solid grasp of consultative and solution
selling.
* 2 years handling medium to large projects bidding quotes (preferred).
* Proven experience in outside sales, ideally within tech consulting, digital
services, or IT industries.
* Strong understanding of web development, data science, software development,
and digital transformation services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the
ability to craft detailed sales proposals and contracts.
* Proven experience managing client onboarding to ensure a seamless transition
to internal project teams.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced
environment.
* Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot,
Salesforce or Zoho, can be advantageous.
SALARY & BENEFIT:
* San Diego Position: salary of $65,000 plus commission, with the potential to
make $150,000 a year.

programmer to fill the Software Engineer with C# experience for a fast-growing
web solution and consulting company. You will be a member of our development
team in a highly fast pace and cutting-edge environment. As a member of our
team, you will gain valuable experience technically experience and be faced with
challenging and unique problems.
Applicants should have 2+ years of development experience and be well versed in
software application development (server side), API Integrations, web
development, and cloud development. Applicants should have a proven track record
of creating innovative tech solutions. Applicants should have experience in all
phases of development including sprint, testing, with the ability to demonstrate
exceptional problem-solving skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be an employee with Capitol Tech Solutions focused on developing
business applications, with the opportunity to move onto other projects within
the firm. You will work with a very small team and be responsible for a majority
of the application, both from a data perspective and an interface perspective.
* Work with a small team to develop and implement various web based software
applications using the Microsoft.NET framework.
* Gather and refine requirements; develop designs; implement, test and document
solutions.
* Work in a highly motivated and customer facing setting to implement new
online solutions for the political community.
* Learn new technologies and utilize software best practices to design data
structures, build and customize online applications, and develop and maintain
reports.
* Develop applications in conjunction with a senior developer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS degree (Required) in Computer Science, Information Systems OR equivalent
degree, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4 point scale).
* 2+ years’ experience in the Software development space using Microsoft’s
platform, ideally with API development.
* Documented course work or previous job experience with .NET, HTML and SQL
required, JavaScript Frameworks a strong plus.
* Familiarity with the software development life cycle
* Ability to multitask and be involved in several different concurrent
projects.
* Experience with back-end and front-end development with Microsoft .NET
Framework
* Extensive experience coding in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, SQL
* Some experience with SQL Server Development – Creating and modifying stores
procedures and data conversion
* Familiarity with Azure or AWS Cloud environments
* Proficient at debugging code and testing
* Ability to be a self-starter and work on projects with minimal management
oversight.
SALARY RANGE
$65,000-$80,000 depending on experience
