Apply now MANAGER SAP HCM SYSTEMS (M/F/D) PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION: Within the HR/Payroll organization, manage and support the analysis, planning and execution of HR and Payroll system implementations and enhancements throughout adidas. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and support HR/Payroll system implementations and enhancements globally, in alignment with Tech * Analyze new HR system demand, change and enhancement requests * Manage HR system requirements gathering, testing activities, business sign-off and quality assurance procedures and standards * Manage and drive implementation of releases and change requests for existing HR systems, in alignment with Tech * Perform and manage configuration on SAP Payroll * Validate that HR system implementations and enhancements are compliant with global data model and maintenance guidelines, as well as with data privacy regulations * Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM Modules, including but not limited to Payroll * Create and update user manuals, training materials and other documentation to support the implementation and usage of new HR systems and tools * Validate that new HR system solutions and data feeds do not interfere with nor have negative impact on other processes and tools globally * Support integration of new HR system solutions into the global HR system support model and change management procedures * Actively participate in regular feedback sessions, information and knowledge exchange within global HR Solutions network as well as with external parties * Working with the key business stakeholder, vendors and other teams to gather requirements and build consensus to deliver SAP Payroll solutions. * Maintain sound business relationships between HR and Tech Key Relationships: * HR Business Partners * HR Rewards and Talent Partners * HR Experts * HR Services * Tech Competence Center Leads and team members * Works Council * Group Data Protection Officer * Legal * Internal and Corporate Communication * External consultants and service providers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * High level of affinity to and experience with business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (EC & ECP) * Team player mentality and ability to work with and through others * Analytical, target-oriented work style * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal * Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal * International mindset; experience as part of a geographically and culturally diverse team Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: * University degree or equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.) * 7 years of work experience within the field of HR systems, ideally within an international matrix organization * Project management experience * Excellent command of English * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications * Must have minimum experience of 3+ years with SAP Payroll implementations AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
