I love my Horizon Rower

I don’t mind my Horizon rower at all. It’s smooth, quiet and feels good to row
upon. I had an issue with the seat but the warranty covered the replacement with
no hassle. I wish the rowed distance was compatible with Concept2 rowers to
allow Erg competion.

Left a review about a rower I got almost 6 months. It came broken. The warranty
is useless, it’s been sitting in their repair shop for over 2 months now. The
repair guy can’t figure out how to fix it, he reached out to their horizon
expert who have apparently been ignoring him. He had multiple towers in his shop

Biggest waste of 1200 dollars ever. Spent 1200 dollars and have nothing to show
for it for 6 months now.
If your reading this before they delete it…DO NOT BUY A HORIZON ROWER, DO NOT
BUY THEIR WARRANTY, AND DO NOT BUY FROM JOHNSON FITNESS.
This is not a bad review of the repair men they contract to fix their garbage.
The repair guy has been trying to fix horizon rowers for months now with no help
from horizon. He has told me horizon rowers have known issues and are
notoriously difficult to fix.
