I have been a licensed attorney in the State of Texas since November of 1988.
I've handled appeals and writs in the Fifth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals,
and appeals to the United States Supreme Court.


DOUBLE BOARD CERTIFIED

I am one of only eight lawyers in San Antonio who is Board Certified in both
Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the State Bar of Texas.

As a board certified specialist in Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law, I
have handled hundreds of appeals, and numerous post conviction writs of habeas
corpus.

I have been licensed and working in Texas since 1988. I have handled writs and

board certification in both Criminal Appellate Law and Criminal Law. When I

    * When the trial is over and you or a loved one is convicted of a criminal
      offense, the fight does not have to end there!  
    * Every person convicted in Texas is entitled to appeal their conviction to
      the intermediate court of appeals.  
    * This timeline is very quick, so contact me as soon as possible after the
      verdict.  We can still fight this offense!
    * If the time has expired to file a notice of appeal, or the case is
      un-reviewable on appeal, there are still options we can pursue.
