Christine was my brow artist and she made sure to ask what I wanted and mapped
out my brows for me. She was very friendly and super gentle when it came to
waxing, she also informed me of some tips for myself at home when I’m
maintaining them. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend her to
everyone.

RUN and book an appointment with christina for brow waxing, she’s literally the
best, takes her time with the process. she cleans and maps the eyebrows before
waxing them. then plucks the eyebrows after. Aside from her amazing work, shes
very approachable and will answer any questions you have 💟💟💟💟💟

I had an appointment today at 6:00 PM in Benefit Costmetics Eyebrow Bar at Eaton
Centre with Monica, but unfortunately, she was absent. Her coworker mentioned
that she had left earlier today. I find it quite disappointing that my
appointment was confirmed this morning without any indication that Monica would
not be available. This oversight feels disrespectful to my time plus that It
turns out frustrating!!!

was very patience with me, guided me through every step and the outcome was just
perfect. Also didn’t feel any pain or developed any rashes afterwards.

I had a waxing and tint appointment scheduled for 3:55pm with Monica F. I made
it at my appointment exactly at 4:00pm. I was told by her and another coworker
that they can only do one of the service because she had another appointment
scheduled after mine. They gave me a choice and I decided to cancel my
appointment because I felt that they were tag teaming against me because I was
late. I admit I was late and that is my fault. HOWEVER, previous appointments
I’ve had in the past (same location), made it on time but was told to wait as
they are running behind schedule. How is it that it’s OK to make me wait (longer
than 5 mins sometimes) and others not? If you’re going to implement a late
policy make sure it’s consistent so your clients don’t feel like you’re picking
and choosing who gets a pass on being late and who doesn’t. I’m a fan of benefit
brow bar but not coming back to this location!

I just got my brows done by Elika and it was the best experience ever! This was
my first time and was a little nervous but Elika made me feel super comfortable!
She was super kind and did an amazing job! 11/10 I would recommend booking with

she was truly amazing. She made me feel comfortable, was extremely professional,
and was super knowledgeable when it came to any product questions I had. Highly
