Pokémon Scarlet & Violet - Regulation H

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Ranked Battle Regulation H has been officially
announced. This Regulation Ruleset will run from September 1st 2024 through to
January 5th 2025 and removes the ability to use Legendary Pokémon and Paradox
Pokémon, in a change to past Regulations
Regulation G will also run again from January 6th 2025 through to April 30th
2025
We have added all known details, including a Banned Pokémon list to our Ranked
Battle Section

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet - Ranked Battle Season 21

Pokémon Scarlet & Violet's Ranked Battle Season 21 has begun. This season is the
fourth & final season that runs Regulation G ruleset which allows for use of
Restricted Legendary Pokémon. This season will run until August 31st at 23:59
UTC
Alongside this, as Season 19 is now over, the rewards are able to be collected
for all players
We've added all known details in our Ranked Battle Season 21 section including
available Pokémon




IN THE GAMES DEPARTMENT

Pokémon Sleep

The next Pokémon Sleep update has released and the maintenance is over. This
update is a large one covering a variety of changes which will be added to the
site throughout the day so be sure to keep checking back
This update adds the Good-Night Ribbon, a new ribbon that gives various boosts
based on how long you have slept with the Pokémon as a Helper
Several Dishes have been adjusted and all dishes can now reach Level 60. Pokémon
can also reach Level 60 now as well, which increases the strength of Berries
Night Cap Pikachu with the GO Plus + has been adjusted in order to get an extra
2 levels, as well as new achievements
Several Main Skills have been adjusted to get an extra level, specifically
Ingredient Magnet S, Extra Helpful S and Cooking Power-up S
Pokémon with the Skills Speciality can store up to 2 Skill Activations at once
now

Edit @ 13:06: We have updated the Dishes, Sleep Styles and Greengrass Isle

Pokémon Masters

A new trainer has been added to Pokémon Masters EX's Trainer Lodge. From now on,
if you have obtained Iono & Bellibolt already, you have the ability to invite
Iono into the Trainer Lodge and befriend hiher. If you get the Friendship Level
to 100, you will now be able to get the new Sync Pair, Iono & Wattrel. We have
updated our Trainer Lodge Topics page to include the points each topic will give
you when you speak to Iono
Alongside this, a new Poké Fair Scout is now live allowing you to get the sync
pair of N & Zekrom. This runs until September 1st 2024
In addition to this, a new Sync Pair has been added to the Damage Challenge
Exchange, Blue & Alakazam
Finally, a new story has been added to the Mysterious Stones chapter of the main
story




IN THE GAMES DEPARTMENT

Pokémon Café ReMix

Pokémon Café ReMix has announced the next event. This event is Hisuian Zorua's
Pleasant Party and is a Tea Party event that adds Shiny Hisuian Zorua into the
game. This event runs from tomorrow, August 2nd 2024
Alongside this, the next Delivery focus has been announced. This will be adding
Glaceon's 5 Star Outfit, Summer Sailor as well as a focus on Scizor

Pokémon Café ReMix

Pokémon Café ReMix has added a new Monthly Goal Pass pass which offers a chance
to get the Pokémon Froakie, as well as max out its Outfit Grade as you complete
it throughout the month

Pokémon UNITE

One new piece of Holowear has been released for Pokémon UNITE. This is the Dark
Suit Style Holowear for Urshifu which is obtained through a special mini event
pass. It has unique animations and is Premium Holowear meaning Kubfu will also
get the outfit.

Pokémon GO

The Shared Skies Timed Research Part 3 is rolling out in Pokémon GO at 10:00
local time. This Timed Research is free for all players and is designed to be
completed over the next month. It will go live at 10:00 local time in each
region.

The "Ultra Beast Meet-and-Greet" Story Event has begun a run in Pokémon Masters
EX. This event focuses on the story of Elio & Selene wanting to help change the
minds of people on Pasio about Ultra Beasts. It runs until August 19th 2024
To tie in with that, a new Poké Fair Scout is available to get the Sync Pair of
Elio (Alt.) & Stakataka

Pokémon Café ReMix

A new special Challenge Card is live in Pokémon Café ReMix. This card has 3
different panels to complete which will give you the Stylish Olive outfits for
both Pikachu and Eevee. It runs until September 5th 2024




IN THE TV DEPARTMENT

Pokémon Trainer Tour

The new Pokémon TV series, Pokémon: Trainer Tour, which got announced yesterday,
is now available to watch on Prime Video in the US. This show follows Andrew
Mahone and Meghan Camarena as they go around meeting Pokémon TCG players and
help them evolve their skills. All 8 Episodes are available to watch right now
Currently it is unavailable outside of the US but we'll provide full details as
it goes live in other regions.

A new Pokémon TV series has been announced. This series, Trainer Tour, will run
on Prime Video and Roku from tomorrow, July 31st and follows two content
creators as they meet players who build connections through the Pokémon TCG. It
will feature 8 episodes .

IN THE GAMES DEPARTMENT

Pokémon Sleep

The next Pokémon Sleep update has been confirmed to come on August 1st following
maintenance from 01:00 UTC to 05:00 UTC. This update will bring the various
changes that were announced two weeks ago as well as preparation for future
events. It also brings the removal of Android 7 compatibility
The Good-Night Ribbon will be added with this update
The new feature allowing for Pokémon with the Skills Specialty to store up to
two uses of a Main Skill will be available
Your weekly area bonus will now spread across the other stages if you have
maximum area bonus
Research Rank, Pokémon Level and Recipe Level will increase to Level 60
Ingredient Magnet S, Extra Helpful S and Cooking Power-Up S can be increased to
Level 7
More 3 Star Sleep Styles will be found in Greengrass Isle
Strength of low ingredient dishes will be slightly increased

Niantic have announced the next Pokémon GO event. This is the Adventure Week:
Taken Over event and is due to run from August 8th at 00:00 to August 12th at
23:59 local time and adds Shadow Cresselia into the game
Shadow Cresselia will be obtainable by defeating Giovanni. New Special Research
will be available to get a Super Rocket Radar for the duration of the Shared
Skies Season
Shadow Lugia will be in 5 Star Raids during the Shadow Raid Weekend on August
10th & 11th
You can use a Charged TM to make a Shadow Pokémon forget Frustration and Team GO
Rocket will appear more frequently
Shadow Timburr, Tirtouga and Archen will also be made available from this event
Shadow Mareep, Wooper, Cranidos and Shieldon will be in Shadow 1 Star Raids
Shadow Nuzleaf, Manectric and Vibrava will be in 3 Star Shadow Raids
There will be Field Research to get Mysterious Components, Fast TMs and Charged
TMs

Pokémon GO

Niantic have announced the make-up event for the Mega Rayquaza raids will run on
August 3rd at 11am, 1pm and 6pm local time as Raid Hours. During this event, the
Remote Raid Pass limit will increase to 20 and there will be Free Timed Research
to get a Meteorite.




IN THE GAMES DEPARTMENT

Pokémon Masters EX

Pokémon Masters EX has announced the next event. This event is Ultra Beast Meet
& Greet, and introduces the Sync Pairs of Elio & Stakataka and Selene & Nihilego
into the game. It runs from July 31st 2024
The final chapter of the Mystterious Stone Champter will be available from
August 1st
A Celebration Scout will be available for 72 hours from July 31st if you have
beating the Champion Stadium. It includes a variety of Fair Exclusive Sync Pairs
as well as giving items to get up to 15 Sync Pairs up to Level 140
The Main Story will be adjusted so players can earn 15,000 more gems and items
for completing the PML Arc. If you have completed it, you will get the items
straight away
Alongside this, a new update has come adding the next month worth of events
including the Sync Pairs Elio, Selene, Nemona, Arven, Blue, Iono & Professor Oak

The Pokémon Company have announced a Special Theme Deck set in Japan featuring

30th

The seventh, and final, daily Pokémon Sleep news has been revealed to celebrate
the game's first anniversary. Today's news is the addition of the Good-Night
Ribbon feature from early August. This item is to be obtained based on the
amount of sleeping time you have spent with your Helper Pokémon. Each Ribbon
will raise some of the Pokémon's helping stats and the effects are varied based
on the level of the Good Night Ribbon. These will have 4 levels and are unlocked
as you sleep more with that Pokémon as your Helper Pokémon
If a Pokémon is still able to evolve, then it will get an additional boost to
its helping stats
Ribbon level 1 - 200 hours of sleep time - Carry Limit +1
Ribbon Level 2 - 500 hours of sleep time - Carry Limit +1. Pokémon still to
evolve frequency reeduced by 5%. Pokémon that can evolve twice helping frequency
shortened by 11%
Ribbon Level 3 - 1000 hours of sleep - Carry Limit +3. Special icon
Ribbon Level 4 - 2000 hours of sleep - Carry Limit +2 Pokémon still to evolve
frequency reeduced by 7% (total of 12% shorter). Pokémon that can evolve twice
helping frequency shortened by 14% (total of 25% shorter)
These effects all stack as each level increases so a Ribbon Level 4 Pokémon will
have a Carry Limit total of +7

The fifth daily Pokémon Sleep news has been revealed to celebrate the game's
first anniversary. Today's news is about coming events
In late September, an event will be available that makes it easier to find Sleep
Styles not yet encounters. Starting from October 2024, Good Sleep Day will also
have this bonus making it easier to get Sleep Styles you haven't yet obtained




IN THE MUSIC DEPARTMENT

Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku Project Voltage 18 Types 18 Songs

The twentieth and final Project Voltage: Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku song has
been officially announced. This song is a further epilogue to the campaign and
is called Champion, by Kanaria. It is due for release at 09:30 UTC on July 19th
2024.

Pokémon Café ReMix

Pokémon Café ReMix has announced the next Delivery Focus. This adds Snom's Ice
Cream Cone outfit into the game which will have benefits in the Ogerpon's
Festival event. The Pokémon Drakloak will also return in deliveries at the same
time
It runs from tomorrow, July 19th 2024




IN THE POKÉMON DEPARTMENT

Poké Lids

Continuing the Pokémon Local Acts campaign, where various Pokémon are considered
ambassadors for areas in Japan for the purpose of tourism, five new PokéLids
have been added, this time in the area of Gifu. To celebrate the addition of the
Pokémon Fossil Museum in the prefecture, these PokéLids were added throughout
the cities in the area. We have updated our Poké Lids section with these new
Poké Lids and locations
