I cannot say enough good things about Mountain Valley Mid Atlantic. It's been a
surprise to me that I could feel this passionately about a water business, but I
really do. First off, it was so difficult for us to find a water delivery
service in our area, so I am so happy I stumbled upon Mountain Valley who does
cover our area.The online process is super simple and straightforward, easy to
skip deliveries or reschedule for a different day (with a small charge for
special delivery). The business is incredibly reliable and the customer service
cannot be beat. We signed up for a water service and received our water and
dispenser a few days later (happened to line up with their delivery cadence). We
had an issue with the dispenser not working properly for the cold faucet. I
emailed customer service and within hours got a response and a promise of a
replacement THE NEXT DAY. And sure enough, the next day they picked up the
faulty dispenser and replaced it with the dispenser of our choice. Excellent,
excellent company.

I really enjoy Mountain Valley because I get spring water in glass bottles
delivered to my house instead of going to the store to have to pick them up.
There is a schedule and they always communicate when I will get my next
delivery. The water taste very smooth and I drink more water because I don't
have to go out and go get it on my own :).

I've been a Mountain Valley customer for over 6 months and I could not be
happier! The sign-up process was so easy and the delivery process is a
worry-free experience. I get texts and alerts before my water comes monthly
asking if I want to make any changes and to confirm my order. Having sparkling
water delivered to my home is one of the highlights of my month. I even bought a
mini-fridge dedicated to storing my water. It's not a stretch to say that I
drink at least two bottles a day.

I used to get MV delivered to my office in downtown DC since they didn't deliver
in Calvert County MD... BUT during COVID they expanded their delivery area and
went ABOVE and BEYOND to deliver to me 40 minutes outside they city. We are
loving the ease of home delivery and have referred to a few of our neighbors for
discounts! Amazing and delicious water that you don't want to miss out on!!

Having Mountain Valley water delivery during COVID has been the best. We drink a
TON of this amazing water since we are home all day, everyday. Not sure what I
would do without the no-contact delivery. The driver drops the water at my front
door every other week. The drivers and staff couldn't be nicer or more
responsive to any questions or issues that pop up. I love supporting a local,
small business in the DMV.

I wanted to upgrade from DC tap water to a quality spring water and after some
research, I discovered MV water. It's the oldest bottled water in the country
and has been awarded Best Water in the World multiple times. As an enviro, I
really love the 5-gallon sustainable glass bottles. It's a returnable glass
deposit program, so NO waste. Their individual bottles are even made from
recycled glass! Customer for life. Thank you MV Mid Atlantic!!!
