I work from home now and would never give it up. I get more done around the house. I don't have to buy work clothes. I don't have to get ready before work. I wouldn't get as much done on that alternating Friday as I do during lunch at home. I'm also never going to buy lunch if I'm home, yet I would in the office. Add in the commute time and that just makes it worse. Remote work is worth at least $20k per year in time and spending reductions.
