DEVIKA DHAMIJA

Senior People Scientist, Culture Amp

Devika Dhamija, Ph.D., is a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, where she
supports customers across the western region of North America. Devika received
an M.S. in Neuroscience from SUNY Buffalo and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the
University of Southern California.Before joining Culture Amp, Devika worked in
various scientific roles at 23andMe, a genetic testing company, and at BetterUp,
an enterprise coaching platform.

She has expertise in survey methodology, behavioral change, coaching science,
DEI and employee well-being. Devika has also collaborated with employee-led DEI
teams and has experience in creating processes to enhance diversity in research
and product development.


DOSSIER HARPS

Facilitation Manager, LifeLabs Learning

Dr. Dossier Harps is a seasoned leadership coach with a wealth of experience
working with leaders from top companies across various industries, in
technology, healthcare, hospitality, education, and entertainment.

With a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University,
Dossier specializes in DiSC, 360-feedback strategy, leading multi-generational
teams, and inclusive leadership.

Originally from Nashville, TN, Dossier now calls Atlanta, GA, her home, where
she teaches Organizational Leadership at a local university and continues to
empower leaders to transform their workspaces into thriving communities.
