THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER
We travel a lot, and we have been fortunate enough to stay at some of the
finest hotels in the world. This Marriott ranks among the best, in our
opinion. The staff is exceptionally friendly (everyone seemed to know our
names after the first day!), and they are amazing at what they do. You feel
like you are surrounded by your dear friends - that’s just how they make
you feel.
In addition, the food is excellent, the ambience is perfect, the hotel is
spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable. There is no other place we
would stay when in Anaheim.

DISNEY WEEKEND PERFECTED
The JW Marriott is within walking distance to the Disneyland parks and has
amazing amenities nearby. The design of the hotel is beautiful and the
staff were amazing. We had a wonderful experience.

BEST EXPERIENCE IN ANAHEIM
I love the JW because it is conveniently close to the Disneyland shuttle,
it is gorgeous property and all of the staff are absolutely lovely. I've
stayed multiple times and every single time has been outstanding.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY STAFF
Hotel is outstanding. Staff is incredible, friendly and helpful. They
helped us enjoy our stay. Our squire was wonderful. Make this hotel part of

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ACCOMMODATION
JW Marriott Anaheim Resort is the recommended hotel if you want to have a
memorable celebration for you and your love ones.
Special mention to Nikki, Samantha, Kiara and the rest of the JW Marriott
Anaheim Team ! Appreciate all the help received in organizing a surprise
party for my wife.
A note worth mentioning, with the JW Marriott brand, this hotel facility is
missing a “jacuzzi” in the swimming pool area.

NO CLEANING SERVICE IN 2 DAYS
Don’t expect your room was cleaned up when you/your family come back. In 2
days, no cleaning service was provided so I had to request it when I came
back to the hotel around 6pm.

COLD SHOWERS BUT GREAT SERVICE
The showers are cold with no pressure and bathroom shelves arent dusted
well. The employees are nice though and hotel looks nice. Bartenders are
great!

JANUARY 2023 STAY
We stayed for five nights and were on the 10th floor. When we got into our
room it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned; the floor was sticky and the coffee
bar area was covered in sugar and hadn't been cleaned at all. On the second
night they had very loud music playing at the rooftop bar which prevented
us from sleeping and we had to get up very early.
