As a Melbourne therapist, couples counsellor and registered social worker, I assist individuals and couples in dealing with life’s challenges. I am also a certified TRTP Practitioner and Psych-K Facilitator, offering holistic support and healing to those struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety and loss. My own experience of growth through major life transitions has shaped my compassionate, connection-focused approach to therapy. I have offices in three South East Melbourne locations, with rooms at Bentleigh, and Caulfield North and I offer online appointments.
