Triathlon coaching with Jodie Becker. Get the training, accountability and
one-on-one support to achieve your personal best.


MY 3 STEP PROCESS

 


STEP 1

Your triathlon coaching experience begins with a complete assessment of your
goals, lifestyle and history. We’ll get to know each other through a 1-hour
phone call and a comprehensive intake assessment form. This will help me to
develop your unique plan and set you up for success. 

 


STEP 2

Receive your first plan. Join the community. After your intake is complete,
you’re ready to start training! I’ll be right by your side providing the
encouragement, support, guidance and full accountability you crave. You’ll be
working your personalized training plan and I’m here to keep you committed.

 


STEP 3

Maintain accountability and crush your goals. As we approach the start line, I’m
here to answer all of your questions about gear and race preparation. Beginners
will have the opportunity to do a race simulation. Intermediate group is
focussed on leveling up their performance safely.

PROGRAMS

No matter where you fit in, you’re welcome with me, and my squad.

 

 


FOR BEGINNERS

Beginner Program is a handheld intro to the sport. I’m available for all sorts
of questions around gear, races, and your training. We will work together to
create a plan to get you safely to your first (or first in a while) race. This
will include detailed training plans custom designed to your skills and your
lifestyle. There will be full accountability support.

 

 


INTERMEDIATE PUSH

Intermediate program is for athletes who have dabbled in racing but want to take
their experiences to the next level. Maybe you need more structure in your life,
maybe you want to try and hit a podium. We will work together to build, set
goals and push towards them. Working with me, I will help you to fine tune your
training schedule, ensure we are giving the right focus to physical strength and
mental training… while keeping you on track.

For me, coaching is more than just looking at numbers and data. It’s about
understanding that you are a unique individual with a busy life...who needs
support to get to the finish line!



I pride myself on hitting that sweet spot with coaching...knowing when to push
hard, and acknowledging when it’s time to dial it back. Your goals are my
goals!  My mission is to provide triathletes and aspiring triathletes with
custom training plans, full accountability and one-on-one support to feel
empowered and achieve their personal best.
