CALL OUT FEE

We charge a minimum of $50 to be called out for general tech support services.
Other services can have a lower callout fee or the fee will be waived.

HOURLY RATE

We charge $65 per half hour or part thereof. This amounts to $130 per hour.
Discounts apply depending on length and type of job.

DROP OFF SERVICING

You drop off and pick up your Laptop/Phone. $0 call out fee. Discounted hourly
rate at $50 per half hour or part thereof. This amounts to $100 per hour.

CUSTOM QUOTES

We do offer custom quotes for particular services depending on the length of the
job/project. Please contact us to determine a price.

GENERAL TECH SUPPORT

SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING, CLEAN UP & SERVICE

We will troubleshoot and fix any issues, free up space, and service the system
to regain general operating speed. This also includes Virus Removal and Physical
Clean.

OPERATING SYSTEM SETUP

We will go through every setting of your operating system and set it up for
maximum speed and privacy for YOUR usage.

HARDWARE INSTALLATION

We will set up monitor stands, PCs, sit stand desks, office chairs, TVs, Audio
equipment and any other technology not listed.

EXTENDED SERVICES

If you require assistance with any technology or service not listed, do not
hesitate to contact us we will let you know if we can help.


INTERNET SETUP & DIAGNOSTICS

SETUP

We will setup your modem/router and connect all devices in your home.

DIAGNOSTICS

We will diagnose and trouble shoot your network connection to fix any common or
uncommon problems. This often results in a more stable network.

We scan the neighbourhood at a particular distance and detect all Wi-Fi signals
in your area along with particular radio frequencies to set your network up on
most stable connection.

OPTIMISATION

We will fine tune the network for maximum speeds. We can often acquire 10+ Mbps
than what you currently getting.*

* Dependant on your hardware, NBN plan and Line Speed. Speed improvements are
NOT guaranteed.


SMART HOME SETUP

We will create package recommendations of different hardware as there are budget
options available.

Converting your house to a smart house or hybrid does NOT need to be expensive.

DETERMINE HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

We will consult you on how smart you would like your house to be, list all
hardware required (smart plugs, lights, etc) and then recommend a virtual
assistant (Alexa, Google, Siri, Mycroft) if you do not have one already.

ITEMISATION & PACKAGE SELECTION

We will provide an itemised list of hardware required to achieve your request
and give you several options for different brands so you can choose how much you
would like to spend.

INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION

Once all of the hardware has arrived, we will install all hardware and set up
your virtual assistant and any applications required to control your house from
your phone.


AUDIO/VISUAL INSTALLATION

We can assist in setting up your speaker system with your TV along with initial
set up of your TV operating system to clean up and only show the services you
use (Netflix, AppleTV, Disney+, etc.)


WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

STEP 1

Consultation to determine theme, structure, layout, look and feel. Discuss any
design requirements.

STEP 2

Create a working prototype and iterate through any changes required during the
creation process.
