As a company we have consolidated our experiences in the field of photovoltaic
power plants and, more recently, added mini-hydro, mini-wind and
mini-concentrating solar segments to our business areas. Since 2007 we have
been, and continue to be, committed to the development of technologies for green
energy production and storage. Our aim is simple, to make profits for the
company and investors, with a focus on clean energy and a better environment for
the future.

Within the sector we have a broad and deep analysis of the opportunities and
risks involved with investments. Our history and contacts present us with a
selection of advantageous legal contexts, places, partners and technologies,
giving us efficient access to capital. We have a targeted management structure
in order to make maximum profits for the company and investors, whilst

OUR HISTORY


MERANO - SOUTH TYROL




MARCH

Marco Strohmer and Gerhard Luther, based in Merano - South Tyrol, begin the
search for partners and sites for their new renewable energy business in various
regions of southern and central Italy; Marche, Abruzzo, Apulia and Sicily.

 



APULIA




JULY

Planning and authorisation process begins for the construction of the Group’s
1st photovoltaic power plant in the region of Apulia, southern Italy.


OCTOBER

Authorisation process gets under way for the construction of the 2nd and 3rd
photovoltaic power plants, also in the Apulia region.




SOLESALENTO




DECEMBER

Work begins on the construction of the Group’s 1st photovoltaic power plant,
Solesalento, in the province of Lecce, Apulia.

 



CALCARA




MARCH

The Group’s 1st photovoltaic power plant, Solesalento, is completed and
connected to the grid.


OCTOBER

Start of construction of the 2nd photovoltaic plant, Calcara, and 3rd
photovoltaic plant, Li Rifi, in the province of Lecce, Apulia.




LI RIFI




APRIL

On the 22nd of April, the 2nd photovoltaic power plant, Calcara, and 3rd
photovoltaic power plant, Li Rifi, are completed and connected to the grid.

 



INDIGO ENERGY GROUP




MAY

Indigo Energy, future Group's holding company is established.

Establishment of Tera Energia with the purpose of operating on the electricity
market.


JULY

Indigo Energy and Tera Energia authorised to negotiate on the Energy Exchange.


DECEMBER

Search begins in central and southern Italy for photovoltaic power plants at
reasonable prices to increase the portfolio.




MAGNA GRECIA




JANUARY

Real estate operation of Indigo Energy Group in Rome - Lazi0.


JULY

Indigo Energy acquires Magna Grecia Solar, the 4th photovoltaic power plant of
the Group, in the province of Taranto, Apulia.


OCTOBER

Indigo Energy acquires a share of the Romanian special purpose company Società
Spina Energy, in order to start the authorisation process for creating
photovoltaic power plants in the country.




MACEDONIA




JANUARY

The search continues in Italy for additional photovoltaic power plants at
reasonable prices to increase the Group’s portfolio.


MARCH

Indigo Hydro is established, in order to participate in the tender for the
construction of mini-hydroelectric power plants in Macedonia.

The Indigo Energy Group team comes from multidisciplinary experiences in the
fields of energy, real estate, banking and finance; both locally and
internationally. This internal know-how enables Indigo Energy’s projects to rest
on solid foundations.

ING. MARCO STROHMER

founder and ceo, born 1963

Marco is an engineer with 20 years of experience in the hydroelectric sector. He
has worked for AEW Spa, a municipal power company of the Bolzano and Merano
region in northern Italy, and SEL Spa, an electricity company owned by the
Autonomous Province of Bolzano. Marco has held positions of responsibility on
the construction, acquisition, management and maintenance of hydropower plants.
He also has vast experience in electricity transport and trading.

For the last 7 years, Marco has been involved in the realisation and management
of Indigo Energy Group’s renewable power plants.

partner, born 1972

Armin has many years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors,
both in Italy and abroad. Recently he led the departments of Planning and
Electricity in SEL Spa, an electricity company owned by the Autonomous Province
of Bolzano; he was also director of the affiliated SE-Hydropower Srl and Hydros
Srl, where he managed hydroelectric power plants of large and small sizes in
South Tyrol. From 2009 to 2013, Armin was a member of Arbeitsgemeinschaft Alpine
Wasserkraft (Alps Hydropower Association). Today he is CEO of Hydro Safety Srl,
director of the engineering firm of the same name and a partner of Indigo Energy
Group in projects related to the hydroelectric sector.
