I especially love the collar it helps you to feel warmer when it’s windy. With
the sweater, it was enough to keep me from getting cold even with only a T-shirt
underneath. Whenever I wear a regular sweatshirt, I always need to add a ton of
layers.

With a great place to keep my phone and money, I enjoyed mini-golf without the
extra bulk of carrying a purse.Īnother thing I like about the sweater is the
style it’s casual, but also looks way more put together than a baggy sweatshirt.
As many women know, we’re envious of how men’s clothing has so many pockets. It
was very convenient having a cornucopia of places to stash my phone and wallet
while mini-golfing. The Radiator has three pockets, one front pocket and two at
the sides. For someone who’s always cold, I was amazed at how warm I felt the
entire time. The temperature outside was around 45 degrees and cooled down later
that day. The sweater is lightweight yet not so thin that I felt every gust of
wind. I could putt with the best of them without the confinement of a jacket. It
also didn’t feel like I was wearing 27 layers. It felt like I was wrapped in a
blanket as soon as I tried it on. My first thought: The Radiator is extremely

The afternoon sun was out and there was little to no breeze yet, I was still

first layer by bringing the last piece back into place. You can move the
now-solved piece out of the way and bring back the one you just kicked out. By
inserting the last edge, you will kick a currently solved piece out of its
place, but that is fine. Once there are three edges in place, locate the final

trying to place the last edge. Try and place the first three edges just like a

630 city workers facing mandatory lay-offs in order to maintain enough budget
for police and fire services. For refusing to follow the court order, the city
of Yonkers was crippled by heavy, possibly bankrupting fines – estimated to be
close to $1 million a day from a compounded charge that started at $100 a day.
Despite this, four councillors – a majority – refused to vote to uphold the law,
consistently opposing any limited desegregation. Wasicsko and the city
councillors who supported him worked out a plan to meet the court order, using
the SSPH system to build the 200 homes at eight different sites of only 25 homes
each, spread across a city with more than 10,000 homes. Mayor Nick Wasicsko ran
on the platform opposing the judge's order, but before taking office, in the
face of the issue being supported by a federal appeals court, became an advocate
for desegregation in Yonkers. The case and resulting politics resulted in
national focus on issues of race, class, and housing. By 1988, the city had
already spent $11 million in legal fees fighting against the order, including a
failed effort to appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Sand ruled against Yonkers and issued a desegregation order, mandating that
public housing for 200 units – possibly scattered-site public housing ("SSPH"),
which became the example of new public housing – be built in the middle-class,

Stolen from the AC-GAN model, the multi-class category loss is added to
supervise the discriminator to penalize such scenarios, by predicting the style
of the generated characters, thus preserving the style itself.Īnother important
piece of the model is the constant loss borrowed from DTN network. However, a
new problem emerges: the model starts to confuse and mix the styles together,
generating characters that don’t look like any of the provided targets. With
category embedding, we now have a GAN that can handle multiple styles at the
same time. By doing this, encoder still maps same character into the same
vector, the decoder, on the other hand, will take both the character and style
embeddings to generate the target character. Inspired by Google’s zero-shot GNMT
paper, the introduction of category embedding solves this by concatenating a
non-trainable gaussian noise as style embedding to the character embedding,
right before it goes through decoder. Vanilla pix2pix model doesn’t handle such
one-to-many relationship out-of-box. Now we have a problem that same character
could appear in multiple fonts.

Category Embedding for One-to-Many Modeling The decoder could also learn
different ways of writing the same radicals from other fonts.īy training
multiple fonts together, it enforces the model to learn from each one of them
then use the learned experience to improve the rest of the crowd.The encoder
gets exposed to many more characters, not only limited to one target font, but
from all the fonts combined.Modeling multiple styles concurrently has two major

This is a huge bummer, as many of the long-time Phantom owners will have spares
