* Written cancellation will only be accepted until April 5, 2024 for a full
refund, less a $35 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued after the
conference.
* No refunds for One-Day Exhibits Plus registrations, individual Utility Saver
registrations, or Opening Reception tickets.
* Technical Tour refunds will only be issued if the tour is canceled due to
poor weather conditions.
* IEEE, IEEE PES and Student members must provide membership number in order to
receive member rates.
* A $50 processing fee may be incurred for lost or reprinted badges.
* Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the exhibit hall or
conference session rooms.
* Cash payments cannot be processed onsite. If you plan to upgrade or add
tutorials while attending the conference, please bring a credit card.
* Please bring your confirmation and your badge will be issued from
registration located from the Badge Pickup Windows on the plaza to the left
and right side of the Anaheim Convention Center main entrance.
