     I've stayed at this hotel numerous times. It's my go to accommodation when
     in Raleigh. It's in a safe, easy to navigate part of town. BUT this past
     stay will be my last.
     The hotel has gradually gone down hill. Everything from unpleasant check in
     to worn furnishings to overpriced, mediocre food and beverages. I was even
     charged for parking, that has never happened before. At this price point, I
     expect better. I can find newer, nicer accommodations.

     We have a wonderful stay at this very nice hotel, located conveniently to
     downtown and Five Points. The reason that drove our choice of locations was
     the wonderful pool for us and the kids to use on a hot summer weekend.

     Overall a pleasant home away from home for a week. Good food and beverage
     services. The pool area was nice, but could use more tables, decor, and
     shade. The hotel was full during my stay which seemed to challenge the
     staff's ability to maintain common areas, especially hallways.
