Indiana Unclaimed Property Statute was updated on July, 1, 2021.

Pursuant to IC 32-34-1.5-19, Holder reports MUST contain the last known address,
if known. Reporting this information is critical to the claiming process and
reduces the chances that the owner will need to contact you to request
documentation to support their claim.
