These are absolutely essential and form the bedrock of our core V1.0 service:
risk, reporting, financial management and compliance.

We offer a variety of reporting configurations to ensure flexibility and
first-class delivery on a full range of finance and data. We constantly measure
our internal targets and find ways to improve our service to owners and
occupiers. Regulated by RICS, the FCA, and audited by BDO, we believe in
complete transparency.

MAPP has a proven track record in acting for some of the UK’s most high-profile
and demanding Funds, REITs, Investment Managers and a growing international
client base.

Many of our clients started us off with one property and subsequently instructed
us on other properties and portfolios.

We manage £30bn+ of commercial real estate for clients including AEW, Barings,
Frasers, HIH Real Estate, J.P. Morgan and Schroders.


WE LOVE OUR OCCUPIERS

Our first love is always to our clients, but without occupiers, a building will
never boast healthy retention rates, achieve the best rents and deliver on the
business plan.

MAPP’s site team which numbers 200+ is crucial to our service and unlike
everyone else, we don’t outsource them, we employ them in our main company. We
train them, lead and manage them and reward them. Our growing occupier team are
dedicated to delivering a great welcome and experience.


WE TELL IT LIKE IT IS

Honesty and integrity are absolutely essential to our business. Communication
forms an essential part of what we do. Sometimes the truth might be awkward, but
we prefer awkwardness to a veneer of platitudes and covering up issues that need
to be addressed.

Managing a property involves dedication and hard work. We can only make it real
if we roll up our sleeves and get stuck in. The reality is that we never stop –
there is always so much to do and we love the challenge.

recently launched our V4.0 Consultancy service and core offering, we are leading
the sector by using new technologies to deliver the best.

WE ARE STRATEGICALLY PAROCHIAL

The world might be big and interesting but there is more than enough for us to
focus on in the UK.

In addition to our Head Office in London, our growing offices in Bristol,
Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham underpin our ability to manage property
across the UK. More than half of our people now work outside London, helping us
deliver a more personalised service. We do however act for a broad range of
Asian, European and US investors who have real estate investments in the UK.


WE ARE SUSTAINABLE TO OUR CORE

Operating in a sustainable way is fundamental and we have been and remain way
ahead of the pack thanks to our dedicated sustainability team. We were the first
Real Estate Consultancy in the UK to become a B Corporation and are committed to
being a Net Zero Business by 2025. In addition to our B Corp status, MAPP is ISO
14001 certified. This is only achieved by businesses who truly balance profit
and purpose.

We also work with charities like Resurgo, helping individuals who are challenged
with particular barriers into employment within the built environment.
