Panel Discussion: Biotech

Biotech can be viewed as a tale of two cities.  While Asian capital markets for
biotech companies have seen their fair share of challenges, US markets have
fared relatively well.  Nuclear medicine for cancer treatment is now being
embraced globally, including in China, and we have witnessed acquisitions in the
billions in the US.  Universities in Hong Kong continue to be a hotbed for
biotech innovation, and entrepreneurs from both Hong Kong and China are
targeting the broader markets in the Greater Bay Area and Asia.  Our four
distinguished panelists - two entrepreneurs, a renowned professor and an active
investor – will discuss their views on the market and future disruptions in
biotech.
