WHY YOU SHOULD ALWAYS WRITE THINGS DOWN

If there is one thing I've leaned about planning with ADHD, is that writing
things down is not negotiable. Today I'm sharing my reasons WHY you should
always write things down when you have ADHD. "Out of sight, out of mind." You've
