THE CLOSE BROTHERS GROUP PAYROLL GIVING SCHEME

Our Payroll Giving Scheme is here to support and encourage us to raise money
for, and get involved with, any charity or cause that means something special to
us.

The Group matches all Payroll Giving donations made by staff up to a maximum of
£20 per person, per month.

Any UK employee can support any UK registered charity and it’s easy and quick to
join, add charities, change charities or leave the scheme. Every penny you
donate is automatically 100% tax effective.

Please read the guidelines below for more information about the joining process.


ABOUT OUR SCHEME

 * Please use one of these names when asked for your "employer name" - Close
   Brothers Asset Management/ Winterflood Securities/ Group Central Functions/
   Close Brothers Invoice Finance/ Bank Central/ Treasury/ Commercial
   Acceptances/ Close Brothers Property Finance/ Close Brothers Asset Finance/
   Close Brothers Premium Finance/ Close Brothers Motor Finance/ Close Brothers
   Retail Finance/ Close Brothers Brewery Rentals/ Close Brothers Vehicle Hire/
   Close Brothers Leasing
 * You will need your Employee ID number in order to sign up - this can be found
   in People@Close under ‘My Record’
 * The charity and calculator pages are there to help you decide how much to
   donate and who to donate to.


CHARITY PARTNERS

If you have not already made up your mind on which charity/ies you want to give
to, then we would ask you to consider giving a little something to a cause which
we Close Brothers Group think is really worthy of your support.

 * Cancer Research UK fund scientists, doctors and nurses in order to help beat
   cancer sooner.
