WHY HIRE ME

Let me start with this, I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing
full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close
of escrow, or my future business! That is why I don’t miss any dates, initials,
or signatures. I walk our client through all of the important documents: the
closing statement, note, the deed, and the right to cancel. I don’t just put the
documents in front of our client and say, “sign here, I am just a notary.” I
understand that I have to be impartial but not uneducated. I always make sure
that the client initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel. All
of the forms will come back filled out, whether that be the PCOR, statement of
information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. I always return
documents first thing the next morning or immediately after a signing, if it is
during business hours. I can print documents if you prefer, or I can pick them
up. Whatever is easiest for you. I am not picky about appointment times I work
to convenience our clients, a 7 AM or 9 PM can always be arranged I even work
weekends. I know who to call if there is a typo on the loan documents. I will
not just cross out and initial without permission. I will never drop of
documents and walk out the door, and most important if there ever is an error, I
OWN it! I understand the importance of every file and do all that I can to make
any wrong I did in that process. And just in case I have Errors and Omissions
insurance of $100k. I’d love to work with you and help on your next signing!
