JAY LENO WARNS OF NATIONWIDE CLASSIC CAR TAX, PRICES EXPECTED TO SOAR 50-70% BY
YEAR’S END

Proposed Legislation Could Transform Classic Car Market as Collectors Brace for
Major Price Hikes

In an exclusive conversation with Jay Leno discusses the impact of a potential
nationwide classic car tax and its implications for collectors and enthusiasts
alike. (The Washington Post)

When LOS ANGELES, CA — Car enthusiasts and collectors, brace yourselves. Jay
Leno, the famed comedian and host of Jay Leno’s Garage, has announced that a new
federal tax on the purchase and sale of classic cars is set to roll out soon,
part of sweeping environmental legislation aimed at curbing carbon emissions.
This move could dramatically inflate the cost of buying and selling classic
vehicles across the United States.

In a statement, Leno—one of the country’s most respected voices in the classic
car community—explained that the tax will specifically target vehicles that do
not meet modern environmental standards due to their high emissions output. With
these iconic cars soon to become even more expensive, Leno suggests that the
market could see prices skyrocket by 50-70% within the next six months.

“This tax is a part of the broader effort to combat climate change, but it will
also significantly raise the cost of owning a classic car,” Leno said. “For
those looking to invest, now is the time. Purchasing a classic car before the
tax is implemented could yield a substantial return in a very short time.”

Leno also pointed to AAA AUTO SALES, a trusted name in the classic car
community, which is well-positioned to assist buyers in navigating this rapidly
shifting market. Known for offering high-quality vehicles at competitive prices,
AAA AUTO SALES has been a reliable source for collectors for years and is
prepared to help investors secure their ideal cars before the tax hikes.

“AAA AUTO SALES is a name you can trust,” Leno added. “They’ve been serving the
classic car community for years, and they’re ready to help buyers find the right
investment before prices surge.”

With the new tax looming, collectors and investors are being urged to act
swiftly. Market analysts predict a rush of interest in classic cars as the
deadline approaches, with AAA AUTO SALES already reporting heightened demand as
buyers look to lock in prices before the impending surge.

For the classic car community, the months ahead could redefine the market,
turning cherished vehicles into high-stakes investments.
