boutique hotel offers both large and small spaces to accommodate groups of all
sizes. And we think you will find The Highlander’s one-of-a-kind bohemian vibe
is the ideal setting for thinking outside of the box, real team building,
creative brainstorming, meaningful education, and visionary strategic planning.

our large ballroom to more intimate breakout spaces, your team will have the

Whether you’re looking for light snacks during a presentation or a high-end
event with full catering, we can deliver delicious options that work for you.

delight every visitor. We strive to be the opposite of a boring, big-box hotel
chain where everything feels generic and beige. Our hotel isn’t just a place to
stay; it’s a whole vibe.

MEETING SPACES

The Highlander has room to host groups as small as three and as
big as 600. Our staff is flexible and accommodating, ready to work
with you to make the space everything you need it to be.

• Ballroom: At 5,000 square feet, the ballroom is all about making a big
impression. Comfortably seats 200 and hosts 600 for a cocktail reception or
networking event. For smaller groups, the room can be divided.

• Supper Club, Legacy Room, and Dining Room: These smaller rooms each seat up to
50 people and are a perfect size for breakout groups.

• Board Room: Located near the bar, this smaller space seats 10.

• Signature Room: This is our most intimate room, seating six people in a
central location near the front desk.

• Wall-to-wall garage doors that open fully into the courtyard, bringing the
outside in
• Intimate courtyard featuring giant chess and checkers, bags, ping pong, and
frisbee golf
• Retro cocktail arcade bar with billiard tables, new and vintage arcade games,
darts and card game tables
• Snack Shack serving milkshakes and offering poolside ordering from the full
menu
• Large green space for dry or wet backyard/playground games, team building
activities, or yoga at sunrise
• Wicked fast wifi
• More than 600 parking spaces, including an electric vehicle charging station
