WELCOME TO HODL ‘21

The First edition of HODL 2021 is being organised by the Blockchain and Crypto
Assets Council (BACC) of the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI).
The event brings together Policy Makers, Regulators, Industry Experts,
Investors, Developers, Enterprise leaders, Financial Institutions, Researchers,
Academics and emerging tech pioneers, Startups aspiring to thrive in Indian
Crypto Ecosystem.

Globally, the entire crypto industry is buzzing with new products and
challenges, being looked at by regulators very closely, private cryptos are
facing challenges, newest domains of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and DeFi are
exploding & technology is going to the moon.

The Indian cryptosystem is optimistic and is looking to get regulated and
provide an immeasurable opportunity to Indian tech entrepreneurs and investors
to catch up with the world's newest and most promising asset class.




THEME OF THE CONFERENCE

 * Today countries are at a crossroads of accepting new technology, regulating
   it for the benefit of the economy & masses or taking a more stern decision to
   limit the use of crypto assets thereby diminishing the chance of benefiting
   from the opportunity.
   
   

 * HODL ‘21 unveils a comprehensive report on Insights to build a thriving
   crypto ecosystem in India. The report looks at global models of crypto
   regulations and proposes an outline of the same in the Indian context.
   
   



 * The Crypto ecosystem in most counties is in an evolutionary stage, where
   governments are testing digital currencies while private cryptos are moving
   at a much faster pace and are being accepted by masses in large numbers.
   
   

 * HODL ‘21 is an opportunity to contemplate at this CrossRoad and make sincere
